✧ Please be aware that our landscaping, including lawn mowing and gardening, follows a scheduled maintenance plan. Our team may be on-site during your stay to maintain our grounds to the highest standard. We will strive to minimise any inconvenience and complete our tasks promptly
✧ Please leave the pool in the same state it was in during check-in
✧ If you have children, please ensure they are supervised at all times, to ensure their safety and security. The gate to the swimming pool must be closed and secured at all times as per New Zealand regulations of pool area safety
✧ The spa pool is maintained on a regular basis to ensure it is hygienic for all guests. As guests, you are required to be clean before entering the spa and to keep it hygienic and clean during your stay and at check-out. Should it be left unclean and unhygienic for the next guests, charges for treatment and loss of rent will apply
✧ Kindly be aware that our pools and spas adhere to a predetermined maintenance service schedule. Our team might be present on-site during your stay to guarantee that these amenities are maintained to the highest standards for your enjoyment. We will make every effort to minimise any inconvenience and complete our tasks promptly
Longer Stays:

- Stays longer than 14 days requires a guest to pay for a refresh, clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Guests to provide expected check-in time - we will do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time (latest being 10am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn-away charge or a full day rental).
- Guests must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to the agreed check-in time, and lockboxes (if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark (if applicable) can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay, as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
- Guests to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All costs involved with returning lost items, including time taken, are chargeable.
