● The number of guests staying must match the number specified at the time of reservation. If false declarations or exceeding the permitted number of guests are discovered, a fine of 20,000 yen per person will be charged.
● Please treat the facilities and appliances with care. In the event of damage caused by intentional or negligent acts, you may be required to pay for the actual cost of repairs or replacement.
● If the bedding is found to be soiled or severely stained, you may be charged for cleaning or replacement costs.
● Eating and drinking on the bed is prohibited.
● Hair coloring or dyeing in the room or bathroom is prohibited.
● If you use kitchen utensils, please be sure to wash and clean them.
● Visitors and overnight guests other than registered guests are strictly prohibited.
