We rented this apartment for a while a couple of years back, then around the Covid era we decided to put the renting on hold for a while.
I'm now making it available again, so that's why you won't see any recent reviews for the property, but it's still the same wonderful get-away it always was.

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment located close in to Charlotte downtown. 12 minutes from the Charlotte airport. Complete apartment with access to the boat dock, pier and Kayaks ! Or bring your boat and tie up while you're here.
We are on a 3/4 mile long cove off the mail channel, no big rough waves so the water is calm and smooth, great for paddle boarding or kayaking.
Large dining table with great view of the lake. Pool table. Wonderful porch with stone arched views. Full apartment with washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms with one queen bed each.
We are on the Charlotte side of the lake, so no high traffic hassles crossing the bridge over the river.
This is the bottom floor of the main house. note that the main or upstairs MAY BE OCCUPIED by the homeowners who live there. It just depends on our schedule.
