Cape Woolamai is a peaceful corner of the Island. Seashell is only moments away from the pristine local safe beach and the area is typical for retiree's, familys and holiday homes. You'll find this a safe area within a great community.
The property is provided as a secure private and exclusive stay for you and your guests only. No one enters the property other than your guests during your visit.
This well laid out space and recently updated fresh property provides the perfect blend of classic and bespoke living with a coastal theme throughout.
The distinct area up and downstairs will delight the most discerning guests. A key feature of the property is great cooling/heating throughout to provide the perfect environment for your stay.
Each area is designed to provide a relaxing and calming feel while on holiday or getaway. We welcome working visits and long stays.
The ground floor has a comfortable queen bed in Bedroom 1 supplied with linens and towels with a bathroom and separate toilet room.
Bedroom 2 downstairs is the main bunk room for extra family/friends or the young ones with 4 single beds and a double bed in bunk arrangement and stand alone single bed. This area leads through to the pool room.
Up the main flight of stairs you are greeted with a beautiful new 2nd Bathroom space with 2 bedrooms eitherside each containing a Queen bed. Tastefully decorated to promote relaxation and rest, all linens and towels are provided fresh and clean along with lots of little extras to make you feel right at home.
Downstairs offers a fantastic open space containing the well equipped kitchen and main lounge/dining area with electric recliners and ultra comfortable lounge.. In addition, you'll find access to the verandah area - perfect for lounging and enjoying time out. There is also an external 240v Single phase power outlet to connect your E.V charger to for convenience.
A unique games room with a pool table provides a great spot for the kids to have fun whilst the family are in the main area's of the home.
Enjoy the lounge area with a huge smart t.v and internet, comfortable seating and easy access to the upstairs rooms. A great bathroom downstairs is separate from the toilet room and has a great sized bath tub to unwind and rejuvenate.
The niche for the property is lots of parking and space including a large rear closable garage for boats and trailers like jet ski's, bikes and kyaks etc can all be safely stored in the large fenced driveway area.
The Property is fully fenced and secured via the front gates which make Seashell a safe pet freindly zone to bring you loved furry ones along.
Outdoors is an amazing aspect of this exclusive property, a fully functional vegetable patch (seasonal) is kept on site for guests to access any growing items and enjoy this garden feature.
The laundry is down stairs and well equipped for your visit as too is the home with modern appliances, heating and cooling throughout.

You are only a short drive to Cowes township and all the great eateries and shops we boast. Parking is no problem and in this quiet safe neighbourhood you'll find a great community around you, well removed from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The penguin parade, motogp track and even local shops just down the road make Seashell Place the place to book at any time of the year.
Parking is a pleanty here and for trailers and extra cars, safely within the property and its gates. Walking to the beach or the local shops is easy however all transport options exist in the area such as uber, taxi's and buses. Driving to all the local attractions and amenities is easy from Seashell and you are no mnore than 10mins away from every corner of Phillip Island. This area is well renowned for great walks and bike rides and the coastline within easy reach.
