The Space:
Sunset Haven is an amazingly beautiful and pet friendly home that easily accommodates up to 11 guests. The residence boasts a high-end chef’s kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, large island with bar seating, and upgraded amenities such as 5-burner gas stove, pod coffee machine, sandwich maker and slow cooker. Open sightlines from the kitchen to the dining and family living areas plus the seamless transition to the outdoor patio are an entertainer’s dream. The main living room has a 75” TV with free to air and streaming capabilities, an inviting fireplace, and plenty of puzzles and children’s books to keep little ones entertained. A second separate living room with a streaming service provides a quiet respite from the action when needed.

Each of the 4 bedrooms is impeccably styled with modern finishes. There are plenty of sleeping options for any group configuration, and the bunk room has a convenient workstation to support virtual commuting and studies. All 3 bathrooms are works of art, with a gorgeous wet room showcasing a clawfoot tub and rain shower, while classic design and antique furnishings define the other two.

A main highlight of Sunset Haven is the fun garage hangout space outfitted with PS3 & XBOX gaming consoles, table tennis, darts, scooters, yoga mats and a kite for the beach. It doesn’t stop at the rumpus room, however – grill up a delicious dinner in the BBQ pavilion then serve on the covered patio with dining table and lounge area. Once the sun sets, engage in some serious stargazing with the property’s telescope as the clear skies and uninterrupted views on Phillip Island allow for some of the best star-bright spots across southern Victoria. And the front porch offers even more outdoor living space that is ideal for waking up with morning coffee.

Sunset Strip on Phillip Island is well known for its natural beauty and is a peaceful haven for families looking to get away for a nice holiday. In addition to the home’s wonderful features, the property is a short drive to Smiths Beach and all the renowned parks, family-friendly experiences, and the penguin parades Phillip Island is known for. Must-see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.

Guest Access:
The guest will have access to the property with a Lockbox and code sent out one day prior arrival.

Other Things to Note:
A maximum of four guest vehicles may park in the covered space (2) and (2) in the driveway. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however, blocking or parking in neighboring driveways is prohibited. Garage access for vehicle parking at this home is not available as the space has been converted to the rumpus room.
