Restful River Retreat

Located on the banks of the Rogue River, this unique space was recently remodeled to fit the needs of anyone looking to take advantage of Southern Oregon's outdoor atmosphere and escape city life. This cozy living space has everything you need to make you feel at home- Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, queen size bed, a full and twin bed, and a full kitchen. Parking is available for 2 cars. Although this is a fully separate unit, there is another living space attached with myself living there.

No cats allowed.
Fully private space and private entrance with a keypad entry. Guests have their own sitting area and they have access to the front yard with permission from the owner or property manager.

This clean and cute place has a full kitchen, a giant bathroom, washer and dryer, and it’s close to the Rogue River. Gold Hill is a fun place for sightseeing, fishing, and hiking. There’s a single parking spot available in front of the cute, covered porch to the unit. Great landing spot for part of your vacation! Recommend!

Cute little place on the river

This place was super cute and the bathroom was amazing! It was a great resting point for a few days on our roadtrip. The washer and dryer were a bonus as well.

Quick Weekend Getaway

The home was tastefully decorated with holiday seasonal touches that made us feel immediately comfortable and welcomed. The kitchen is well-equipped. The local property manager (Ryan) was extremely helpful, polite, and timely in response. Thank you for a great weekend and we hope to visit again next time we are in the area.

Short Family Stay on July 4th

This place was perfect for a short visit with my family (wife and two kids)! In the morning we walked and got coffee at Rebel Roasters then went to the park and the library. After that we were ready to head to Crater Lake. The bathroom with the large jetted tub and waterfall shower was the highlight of the interior!

Cute Getaway spot

We needed somewhere to crash in-between family events and this suited us just fine. Comfy bed, luxurious bathroom, and you can hear the river from the bedroom window. Note: there is definitely no river access from the house, but luckily there is a place to put in a few minutes up the road.

Pleasant I did not understand that the yard was not part of the stay or that an Office was attached to cottage.

Hi there. There is a dedicated outdoor space overlooking the river for the Airbnb. We do have information about the office being located in the back of the property in the listing. It is a separate unit. The larger yard is dedicated to the office space just because of the dogs that visit their office people. The business is mine and we are moving out of it in December to a larger space. We have had several guests use it when they ask so we can let them coordinate when the dogs aren’t there. Sorry you didn’t see this information in the listing.

Great place and location

We had a great time. Place is clean and very nice. Great location and the yard overlooks the river. Also well priced. I would highly recommend it. Some initial issues opening the door but they were totally on it.

Great little retreat!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything suited the needs of our family of four, the only exception being that there was no specific dining area. They have a fold up table in the closet that you can set up. We just pulled up an extra seat to the small table on the porch outside. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we revisit the area!

Fantastic place, great location and an amazing bathroom.

The property was much more spacious than we imagined. Good sized kitchen, stunning bathroom and lovely location. Communication with the owner was excellent too, and It was a shame we only stayed one night. It was nice that there was a washer/dryer available. My 20 year old daughter slept on the top bunk and loved it. We did not want to leave. Thanks so much.

Definitely stay here

It was extremely clean and felt like being at home. Layout of house was very well thought out and felt very open. Beds were comfy! Our son loved the loft bed and our daughter was very happy on the spacious pull out couch futon. The sitting area looking over the river was a nice touch. Communication with Wendi was very precise and check in and out was very smooth. We will book again the next time we are able to pass through the area.

Darling resting spot!

We really appreciated the stay at Goin’ Rouge. The space was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. The decor is darling and made the space feel a little oasis. Gold Hill doesn’t have much outside of a small grocery store and a drive thru coffee stand (both of which had incredibly friendly staff). The location being right off the highway was ideal for us, however. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area. Thank you for the warm hospitality- we are very grateful :)

Convenient stop over

Great find on our way home. The second bunk is higher than a normal bunk and none of our kids would sleep up there because it didn't feel protected enough to them. Would be great for ages 10+. The cookware is great, but it was sparse on basics. We would stopover again if it works with our itinerary.

A Hidden Gem in Gold Hill, Oregon

The accommodations were nothing short of fantastic. The room was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities one could need. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail. It was evident that the management takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness. The highlight of our stay, however, was undoubtedly the breathtaking views that surrounded the property. Gold Hill's natural beauty was on full display, and I found myself captivated by the stunning landscapes.
