Surrounded by stunning Pittwater waterways and native bushland, this tranquil, car-free hideaway offers the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and unwind—whether you’re travelling as a couple, family, or group of friends.

Coasters Retreat is one of Sydney’s best-kept secrets, accessible only by ferry, water taxi, or private boat. With no roads or shops, the experience is all about nature, water views, and complete relaxation in a truly unique setting.

Designed across three split levels plus a separate studio, this architecturally designed home has been thoughtfully created to embrace its spectacular waterfront setting. Large windows, multiple balconies, and open-plan living spaces capture breathtaking Pittwater views from almost every angle.

The main living level features a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan dining and lounge area, fireplace, air conditioning, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow onto a covered entertaining balcony. Guests can enjoy long lunches around the outdoor dining table, BBQ dinners at sunset, or cosy evenings by the fire during the cooler months.

Upstairs, the home offers additional lounge and retreat spaces, flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups, and a separate studio that provides added privacy for extended family or friends. With unlimited WiFi, smart entertainment options, and peaceful natural surroundings, the property is designed for guests to relax deeply and enjoy the beauty of Pittwater.

This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay.

Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value

Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.
All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.

A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.

All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.
