Public transport options are nearby, with regular bus services connecting Maroochydore to Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland, Caloundra, Noosa, and other Sunshine Coast destinations. Sunshine Coast Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car, while Brisbane Airport is around 1 hour and 20 minutes south.

This property is located in a quiet residential complex and is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings of any type. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply. Neighbours have our phone number and report any disturbance immediately for us to take action.

• Pets allowed (not permitted on beds or couches)
• NO parties, events or gatherings of any kind at any time
• Only registered guests are permitted at the property at all times
• No visitors or additional guests beyond those confirmed on the booking
• Noise must be kept to a respectful level at all times. Excessive noise or behaviour that may disturb neighbours is not permitted
• Strict quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM (no audible noise outside the property, including conversations, TV or music)
• Noise monitoring devices are in place to ensure compliance
• Any breach of house rules may result in immediate action, including termination of the stay without refund
