Nestled in the heart of Alexandra Headland, our beachside home offers the perfect mix of coastal charm and modern living. Just a short walk from the beach, ideal for those looking to indulge in the sun, surf, and sand. With 3 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, our home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups seeking a memorable Sunshine Coast experience.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This 3 bedroom home has:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed (TV & Ensuite)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 3 x Single Beds
Bedroom 4: Pullout Sofa in Lounge/Media Room
We have driveway parking for two cars and extra road side parking as needed. The keys for entry into the house for the duration of your visit, are in a key safe, allowing you quick and easy access. The code will be sent to you prior to your visit.

The house is clean, modern and very tastefully decorated throughout.
The kitchen has a gas cook top, microwave, oven, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.
We have a BBQ that is on the side deck, that you can use throughout your stay. We have a spare gas bottle with the BBQ, so you will never run out of gas.
There are two lounge rooms, both with TV's, to choose from, meaning more choice if your group is indecisive over what to watch.
There is a large grass covered backyard, perfect for outdoor family time.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.
We are not a pet property, so apologies we cannot take bookings that include your pet/s.

If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.

As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
