Labor Day weekend

We loved our stay here. It was such an easy process. Tinia and Bill were so helpful, nice and responded fast! We would stay here again! Overall we had a great weekend

This is a very clean property with great managers! We had 0 issues with check in or check out. Also no issues with the house during our stay. Beds are very comfortable!

Very nice rental!

This is our 6th time to rent a house in Lake Havasu, and this house met all our expectations. The location is convenient, the house was clean and well maintained and comfortable to stay in. The owners are friendly and responsive to our needs. Thank you Tania and Billy!

Great mountain and lake view

The house on the hill had a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. It felt comfy and cozy. Definitely a home away from home. Would 100% recommend this place for a family to enjoy. The owners were quick to respond and fix the minor issue we encountered.

Havasu getaway

The house was lovely and very clean. The driveway was a big drawback for us. It was very steep and a little scary going up and down and the house was located on a very busy street. We enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t rent again because of the driveway. The owners were very nice to work with but the driveway was way to steep for us..

Lake Havasu experience

The only reason that I did not rate it 5 stars was the driveway. It was steep and our rental car would scrape backing out. We got a different car and all was fine. The property was very clean and provided just what we needed. The property manager was excellent. We had no heat when we arrived at 11:00 pm. We had plenty of blankets and promptly called the manager at 8 am. She was excellent and tried to resolve the problem immediately. A tech came by noon. The system needed a reset. Also we were unable to get the large trash bins out to the curb. The property manager got someone to get them out and get them back. We would stay again.

False Advertisement and not well equipped

My family and I stayed at this property. 4 kids, 2 adults, and NO PUPPY! We checked in on a very hot day and the house AC was not on. The house was 94 degrees when we checked in and took hours to get down to a comfortable setting. The hall bathroom toilet would not flush the entire stay. The driveway is very steep and had to park my truck at an angle. My 1.5 year old had an accident and stained a very small portion of the carpet in the kids room. We couldn’t properly clean it because the house came with no paper towels or cleaning products. After checking out, the owners messaged me accusing me of having a puppy because of the stain from my 1.5 year old. They stated they had video evidence of a “puppy barking”. The surrounding houses have dogs that barked the majority of our stay so I’m sure that’s what they heard. I responded with an explanation and to request this video proof but was never given anything. They should of reached out to us before accusing us of having a puppy. As for boat parking. Only small boats will fit. We have a 28 foot Sea Ray and had to park on the street because the boat parking spot is very small. When checking out we had no cleaning products to property clean the house like we usually do before leaving a VRBO. We will not be using this property again.

Thanks Anthony for the two stars. Lets get the facts straight. You were there from June 24th - June 27th for 3 Full nights. Day #1, June 24th you texted me saying house is great. Never mentioning any issues with the home. Day #2, June 25th, You didn't call me or text, never mentioned any issues with the home. Day #3, June 26th, No phone call, text or email never mentioned any issues with the home. Day # 4, June 27th Checkout date- An hour before you checked out you send me a message on the VRBO site and stated that there were issues with the house being hot and that the toilet didn't work. But, you forgot to mentioned how you damaged the Carpet. How You left Feces Stains all over in the Hallway, the Bedroom and on the Rug in the 3rd bedroom. How you broke my mailbox, how you were burning rubber on my driveway. You never mentioned any issues with the home on Day#1, Day #2 or Day #3 nothing till Day #4 - According to you, there was all these issues with the house. Which Is False! Both Toilets are Brand New and worked perfectly fine. You clogged the toilet with a bunch of toilet paper and never tried plunging it. Also the AC was set to 78 degrees by the cleaning lady prior to your stay, so that statement is also false. There are regular cleaning products under the kitchen sink. Dish soap, Ajax, Pinesole, Windex, Sponges, Towels, Trash bags, etc. "No" I don't have any cleaning products to clean Feces or Urine. That has to be professionally cleaned and sanitized. I called a Professional Carpet cleaner who has a 5 star rating with over 101 reviews. I gave you the copy of the receipt of the cleaning cost along with the cost of the Rug and returned the remaining balance of your deposit. The home is on hill and it does have a steep driveway. But, it has a 2 Car Garage. However, Your Truck's height was modified it's lifted, therefore it doesn't fit in Any regular 2 car garage. The designed Boat parking is 11' feet wide plus a 6" curb and is 45' feet length. Boat trailers are a maximum of 8' feet 6'inch wide anything over that is considered a "wide load" You can verify this with DMW or online websites like discoverboating.com. Also, I text you prior to your stay asking you if you were bringing a Boat. You said, "No, my boat is in the shop and we will be meeting friends out on the lake." I would Never Rent to you again. You have given us such a hard time over a problem you created. We been nothing but reasonable and fair with you. God bless.

Our stay was fantastic! Host communication was spot on, friendly, informative, and without delay. The host was very accommodating, the home super clean and comfy, and the location absolutely perfect! The home is so close to everything, within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for everything!

Lake Havasu Getaway

Billy & Tanya have a lovely rental, conveniently located close to shopping and other amenities. They were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The garage is enormous, allowing plenty of room for 2 vehicles. The house is well equipped with newer appliances. We quite enjoyed sitting on the patio while cooking outside on the new BBQ. The open living room and kitchen is large and comes with a full size table, great for meals and game nights! It was nice to have 2 master bedrooms. We will definitely consider renting from Billy & Tanya if we make it back to Lake Havasu.
