Four inviting bedrooms offer versatile sleeping arrangements to suit a variety of stays. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and calming neutral styling, creating a restful retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom features a double bed and enjoys convenient access to the adjoining bathroom and private laundry with a washing machine. Ideal for families and mixed groups, the third bedroom includes both a double bed and a single bed, while the fourth bedroom provides two single beds. Year-round comfort is provided by split-system air conditioning in the living area. Please note there is no on-site parking; however, free street parking is available outside the property. The backyard is for your private use, though it adjoins the neighbouring property and is not separated by a fence. Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbouring residents and respect shared boundary areas.
