Renovated Guest Suite Near The Lake & High Park!
This stylish private suite with separate entrance is perfect for a couple, solo traveler, business professional. The suite can accommodate upto 3 people (Air Mattress with bedding available for 3rd person). Kid friendly. No smoking home. We are 5-7 mins walk to the Ontario Lake and the famous High Park. Only 15 mins walk to the Sunnyside outdoor pool. TTC is right around the corner. Downtown is 10-13 mins drive. Pearson Airport is 15-20 mins drive. Please inquire regarding parking if needed.
The space GUEST SUITE:
The Newly renovated guest suite has a separate entrance with a keypad lock. The suite is well equipped with all the necessities and amenities for a comfortable stay. Safe, quiet and family-oriented location.
BEDROOM
The Big bedroom comes with night tables, lamps, wardrobe with hangers, queen bed and New cozy mattress with linens, blanket, etc. and is perfect after a long day of adventure and site seeing. Unwind yourself with a lovely fireplace with heater option, a flat TV with bunch of options like Netfix, Amazon Prime, Vidaa, Tubi, etc. The bedroom also has a desk, chair, and a lamp to complete your important work. We have some awesome card games, board games and books for entertainment in the bedroom. The suite can accommodate upto 3 people (Air Mattress with bedding available for 3rd person)
BATHROOM
Bathroom with modern finishes is just what you need to have a fresh start of the day or relaxing shower just before the night. The bathroom is equipped with Fresh Towels, Toiletries, Hair Dryer, Toothpaste, Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner and cleaning supplies.
LAUNDRY
The suite has a washer and dryer near the entrance. Soap, dryer sheets and a laundry bin is provided for your convenience. Please note: laundry is available for guest staying for 5 days or more, 1 load per 5 days. Laundry timing: Anytime except Mon-Fri 4 pm - 9 pm.
DINING/LIVING ROOM
The dining / living area comes well equipped with fridge, plates, cups, wine glasses, glasses, silverware and sink. Dining table and chairs, and couch are in the same area.
WIFI
You will have access to High-Speed Internet (upto 1.5 GBPS) while staying at our home. Passwords will be provided closer to your check-in. When you are outside, you can obtain free internet access all over the city through malls, coffee shops and restaurants (Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Mc Donalds, many other restaurants, etc.).
BACKYARD / PATIO
Chill out at the newly constructed backyard on the hanging chair or just end the evening with a glass of wine at the outdoor sitting area! The cozy enclosed backyard patio has lots of privacy. Please note the access to the backyard patio is from the outside.
GETTING AROUND HELP AND OFFERS!
Your room also has the City Transit Map (TTC) and book of attractions for Toronto. We can help you with great recommendations based on your needs. Just ask!
PARKING
Free overnight parking is available across the street at the gas station. Please let me know if you need parking so it can be arranged. However, it's on there discretion. Day parking 6 am-12am is also available 5 mins walk from home - 2001 Lake Shore Blvd W, Toronto, ON M6S 5B5
STRICTLY non-smoking home Smoking is not allowed neither in the suite nor in the backyard/front.
STRICTLY NO Parties during your stay. We live upstairs, quiet hours are from 10.00 pm - 8 am.
KIDS
We welcome children and infants, but please be aware that our home is not child proof. We have stairs, fireplace, a big TV and decorative items. Please watch over your children. Let me know if you are traveling with kids, we have some games in the room.
SECURITY CAMERAS
We have security cameras both front and back of the house. We also have a doorbell camera at the front door.
We treat our guests as family members and except you to treat our place as your home. Please clean after yourself e.g. dishes and throw the garbage in the appropriate bins.
Guest access Access to the basement Guest Suite by digital keypad through a private door at the front of the house. You will have access to the Guest Suite and the backyard patio. Please note the access to the backyard patio is from the outside.
During your stay We are just a call away if you need any help!
Other things to note We provide disposable slippers for our guests. Please remove your shoes and use disposable slippers at home.
During days with heavy rain, which are not so common in Toronto, you will have noise from the sump pump.
The lock code and WiFi password will be provided closer to your stay. Please lock the door when you go out.
We live upstairs, quiet hours are from 10.00 pm - 8 am. Absolutely NO Parties during your stay.
