Oceanview from living room, Master bedroom and two large decks. Hear the ocean waves while you drift off to sleep. 3 Bedroom townhouse decorated with nautical style.
Large 6x9 foot windows viewing the ocean. Across the street is the Snack Shack with the best lobster roll in town. Eat your lobster roll on the beach picnic tables with palm trees blowing in the breeze.
Garage and driveway for 3 cars back to back.
Outdoor Pool from Memorial to Labor day. Beach chairs and beach umbrella.
2 beach cruiser bikes, boardwalk is 2 blocks away. Summer concerts, restaurants, the famous Marvel Ice Cream shop.

-Ride bikes to the West End of Long Beach for a whole other vibe. A lot of restaurants, cocktail lounges, ice cream parlors, shopping.
-Ride bikes or drive to nearby Point Lookout. It's said to be the "best kept secret" in summertime. Visit The Buoy Bar, Fisherman's Catch, Scotty's, The Clam Bar, Ted's Fishing and boat rentals. JoJo's is a great breakfast joint.
In the off season, there are restaurants, shopping, walks on the beach and the boardwalk. NYSC 2 minute drive. Museums in Uniondale. West End Long beach is a great place to walk around with restaurants and shops. Point lookout has seasonal and year round restaurants. Shopping in Oceanside.
