Private, newly renovated, waterfront studio walking distance to the beach!

The perfect destination for your beach getaway! Enjoy our extremely unique, private studio in the west end, walking distance from the beach. You are directly on the water with access to our spacious deck and pier which includes an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. A ping pong table, swings, and kayaks are all available for you to enjoy. Two beach passes are also included as well as chairs, umbrella, and everything else you need for a day at our beautiful beach! We are also a short walk from restaurants, bars, boutiques, grocery store, nail salons, pharmacy and City MD. We also provide two bikes you are welcome to use to explore the town and ride the boardwalk.
We love Long Beach and take great pride in our property and maintain it meticulously. You will immediately notice our attention to detail and abundance of amenities. We look forward to sharing our home with you!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful studio. Everything was perfect, the waterfront location, the decoration, the choice of restaurants nearby that we can reach by walk, the quiet neighborhood and special attentions left for us in the studio. I can’t say enough good things about this space! Not only was was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, every detail felt thoughtful and inviting. The views were absolutely stunning, both inside and out. Morning coffee on the peaceful deck overlooking the water was pure magic.The location couldn’t be better! Just a short walk to great restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and lively bars, yet still tucked away enough to feel calm and relaxing. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.This place truly exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or a fun weekend getaway, this rental delivers it all. Jill was kind, caring, and super thoughtful! I cannot thank her enough for an incredible experience!!

Best place I have ever stayed!

So grateful for this gem of a place. Everything was as pictured. However, once you look deeper, you realize how well prepared and thoughtful the hosts, Jill and Anthony are. There are so many different things to do at their place, you can laze around or take advantage of the outdoorsy activities. In addition to the well prepped suite, the backyard facing the channel is so inviting and functional. Can’t wait to book again during next summer.

Long Beach retreat

Jill and her husband do an amazing job with their property it’s by far the best we have ever stayed at, her attention to detail is unmatched it had everything you need and more to have a perfect stay at Long Beach, the dock and outdoor space are perfect to watch sunrises or sunsets and enjoy a drink, her place is truly one you have to stay at thank you Jill we will never forget it!

Absolute Heaven & A Magical Experience

My fiance and I walked into Jill's property and we actually started jumping up and down with excitement over how absolutely beautiful it was! The photos do not do this unit justice and everything was designed meticulously from the super cool exterior, to the interior furnishing to the woodwork in the bathroom. No detail was forgotten. We were in town to celebrate our upcoming wedding and could not have felt more lucky to have found this slice of paradise to stay in the days before we were married. From the moment we booked the space, communication was prompt and seamless. Check-in was a breeze and we felt immediately at home. The property is bursting with all of the amenities that you could ask for and more. The hosts went above and beyond to stock the unit with items you wouldn't normally expect from a rental property like spices, goodies in the refrigerator, a plethora of toiletries, soft fluffy towels, bathrobes, and more. Jill and her husband even came down to introduce themselves and to bring us a surprise congratulatory bottle of champagne! We were treated to stunning views of the bay, a sprawling deck that we were able to use for a small gathering & impromptu wedding photos, and so much more. It was so difficult to check out and we did not want to leave. I will 100% be returning to this oasis! I have traveled extensively and this property surpassed any expectation I could have had. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - it was truly a magical experience.
