The Space:
Spacious loft located in a courtyard, near Saint-Germain-des-Prés! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to six travelers.
The apartment has two bedrooms, arranged as follows:
• 1st bedroom: Queen size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, ceiling fan and storage.
• 2nd bedroom: Queen size bed (160x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, ceiling fan and storage.
• A living room: equipped with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140x200 cm), Smart television, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A fully equipped kitchen: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: shower and toilet, fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo).
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Spacious apartment in a great location.Shops and restaurants very close.Unfortunately the bathroom door would not stay shut which was inconvenient for a family of 5 and only enough hot water for 3 people to have a warm shower.

Great location and lots of space
It worked great for our family of 5. Furniture in the living room slightly different than the listing but didn’t impact sleeping arrangements. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

The apartment is safe and secure and very large. Ground floor. Excellent location. It is not as “stunning” as was expected and it was dark inside so we had a hard time adjusting to the winter time change. No shower curtain so bathroom and sink got wet while showering. It was below freezing outside and apartment was cold. Comforters were ample.

Humid and a lot of flies around
There were a lot of flies around, specially in the shower. The air was very humid, because the Apartement was build in a courtyard. Too expensive for what you get.

We didn’t have any tv for a full week.
The shower iis terrible. Impossible to use, the water is everywhere on the floor. Danger the floor of the shower is very spelery.
I dont thing thé clearing was done before we came : carpet durty and stain on thé coach.
