Margarita, a cute apartment in a neighbourhood that does the heavy lifting is a pretty good combination, and it sounds like both worked for you. Whenever you want a base with that kind of local charm again, the door is open.

This was a lovely place to stay during our time in Paris. There were markets, cafés, boulangeries, and pâtisseries just steps away. The apartment was conveniently located near the Metro and a small park, and several museums were within walking distance. It was also very easy to get a taxi right outside the building.The only minor issue was finding the key upon arrival, as the box was a bit difficult to open. However, I was able to access the apartment without too much trouble, and everything else was smooth and easy. The host was easy to communicate with and would respond promptly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others visiting Paris.

We paid for baby crib extra fee. A couple of days before arrival, I followed up with the host just in case. But the crib still was not there. We had to complain multiple times to get it fixed. TV was broken. We notified the host. But they did not bother fixing it. It was 40C temperature outside. We notified the host about the heatwave a couple of days before arrival and asked what kind of A/C they had. Apparently, they have only 1 portable unit for 3 rooms. We told them this is not enough as we were planning to occupy all 3 rooms. They gave us one fan on top of portable A/C and this was it. We had to buy our own fans

Unfortunately, our experience with this apartment did not match the listing or our expectations. We were specifically told there was air conditioning, but there was no AC, which made the apartment extremely uncomfortable. One small unit in the living room only.There were also three flights of stairs, which were never clearly disclosed to us ahead of time, only after we had paid and got check in instructions. Had we known, we absolutely would have packed differently, especially since we were traveling with luggage.The apartment itself was disappointing in terms of cleanliness and condition. Several fans were broken, the bathroom was not clean, there was miscellaneous junk stored in the closets, and the linens had visible stains on them. Overall, the space felt poorly maintained and not properly prepared for guests.I understand that apartments can have quirks, especially in older buildings, but these are things that should be accurately disclosed in the listing. The lack of air conditioning and three flights of stairs were particularly significant and would have affected our decision to book. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience. We left after one day of being there and had to go find a hotel to accommodate our family. I have been trying to get a refund and cannot even get management to respond to me with their decision. I would love to report back that they made it right, but so far it has been a terrible experience.

This was the perfect apartment for our multigenerational girls trip to Paris. Great location—very walkable to shops and cafes and close to the metro. Our host was very accommodating to our travel plans and very responsive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend this apartment!!
