The space
The house has three beautiful sunny and comfortable bedrooms, the main has an en-suite with a bathtub overlooking a flowering hedge. There are two bathrooms. There is a gorgeous office space surrounded by plants if you need to get some work done. There is an open kitchen and lounge room and a formal dining room.

Our backyard is delightful and very private surrounded by a large hedge. There are many pockets in the garden to follow the sun including a small rainforest You'll love the lounge that has views of the escarpment and many native birds come into the garden to enjoy the flowers.

Some of our favourite spots are: The Heritage Hotel , Resin Brewing , Timbermill Cafe & Park Road Garage (all within walking distance).

Macauleys Beach and Sandon point beach are only a 20 min walk or a 3 min drive away. Sandon Point has heritage-listed boat sheds which is one of the local's favourite spots for a dip.

If you prefer the bush over beach or want to stay cool under the canopy of the forest, head to the top of the road (2-min drive) and you'll find access to hundreds of kilometers of bush tracks,
