The home is located directly on a strip of beach where vehicle traffic is restricted during the busy summer season, so you can enjoy a secluded beachfront stay. Our home is bright, spacious, modern, and has waterfront views from every room. It was built with no expense spared with top line appliances, flooring, HVAC, and a master bath with a 6 head steamer shower and large tub with a view of the surf while you soak. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft with a fold out couch. Each bedroom has its own full bath and private deck that opens out to the beach. The loft has large picture windows that face the surf as well. There is an additional separate full bath upstairs and a half bath on the main level to easily accommodate all.

The gourmet kitchen allows you to enjoy cooking with top line double Miele ovens and a large Miele induction stove top. Most things you need to prepare a meal are likely in the home, including pots and pans, utensils, and plenty of dinnerware, flatware, and drinkware for all. The large island with seating for 6 makes it easy to visit and enjoy the company of others while you cook and still enjoy the view. When the meal is ready, the dining table for 10 is just steps away. Dimmable LED lighting throughout the house and a sound system for the main entertaining area and outdoor decks allow you to create your own ambiance.

The outdoor space offers large decks on the main level and ground level, private decks outside each bedroom, plenty of outdoor seating, and a dune walkover that goes from the back patio straight to the sand of the beach. There are beach chairs and a selection of beach toys for your use. We provide a beach cart to easily transport all that you will need for your day at the beach. Just load it up and pull it over the boardwalk to your quiet spot on the sand. There is a small fenced in yard with a large covered patio and deck, fish cleaning station, and an outdoor shower on the ground floor patio.

While additional sleeping may be possible using floor mattresses, this home was built for maximum relaxation and luxury, not maximum occupancy!
