Newly purchased and remodeled well appointed 3 bedroom 2 bath home within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, Ritz Carlton, Mercato Shopping Center, Delnor-Wiggins State Park. Nearby find kayaking, nature preserves, fishing and boating and a variety of dining options.

Nice quiet street close to all Naples has to offer. SWFL airport is 30 minutes from property.

Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds. - the other is a queen size. Master bathroom with a shower and other with a tub.

Awesome home with pool! Close to beach & restaurants.

Great, spacious, well-appointed home in Naples park. Love this quaint neighborhood located near beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. we enjoyed the heated pool and the beautiful outdoor area. Kathy was great to work with. We had everything we needed!

Beautiful, clean home near the beach

We rented the house for the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house is newly remodeled, bright and clean. The outside area is huge! The pool was well kept and perfect for warm days.

Beautiful home close to beach

We really enjoyed this beautiful home. The pool and large lanai included a dining area and a place to relax. The neighborhood is close to the beach and we spent time in the warm Gulf waters. Several great places to dine nearby! We enjoyed a trip to the zoo and children’s museum. Kathy was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Good location, close to Ritz

We were in town for a wedding at the Ritz so the location was perfect. It was set up well with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for 3 couples. We spent most of our free time enjoying the excellent pool in the lanai. Where the house fell short was towels. Beach and bath towels were stained and virtually threadbare and the washcloths were rags. There were crumbs on the chairs and it didn’t feel really clean.

Great place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. House was very clean and well appointed. Pool area is amazing. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place!

Clean, comfortable, very relaxing stay! Loved that bikes and beach chairs were available for use. Location was good and neighborhood was quiet and pleasant!

good for seniors and families

The home is beautifully remodeled, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool is lovely and because its all on one level it is easy for seniors to get around. Communication with Kathy was excellent.

Splendid home

Our stay was fabulous. The house is immaculate. There was everything ready when we arrived to start enjoying our vacation and very clean. Our host Kathy was just a text away to answer any question. We also enjoyed the pool everyday as well as our short bike rides to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again. Thanks to our host this house was the home away from home with all the comfort.

Relaxing & comfortable

Can not say enough positives about this property. This property had items you would have in your own home, to make for a very comfortable stay. Everyone in area are all super friendly. ( we dropped a key 🔑 without knowing and a neighbor knocked at door to return it) Let me start w check in , easy keyless entry takes stress away from key misplacing. Pool was AMAZING large enough for my family and temp was perfect. Patio was clean and fully furnished. We used the grill to eat one night at home. Beds are comfortable a lil firm but comfortable. Kitchen stocked w essentials and plenty of room for your own groceries. If I had to state 1 negative it would be that there was not TVs in bedrooms. We are ones who watch tv to sleep but that is our own bad habit. Again Thanks Kathy, we definitely will try and rent again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous property! Pros Owner was friendly and available; suggested beach at state park nearby and it was perfect Drive to the beach was quick Easy access to home Pool temp and floats were great Beds were super comfortable Open concept of kitchen very welcoming and we made great use of that after a Trader Joe’s run Neighborhood is quiet and quaint Yummy Restaurants close by Had a special visit from a mama and baby birdies in the plant outside Plenty of bath and beach towels and kitchen is well-stocked Cons Early checkout at 10am Ants in the pool after exterminator - took some time to clean them out Excessive cleaning rules (considering the hefty cleaning fee) AC in bedrooms warmer than rest of the house (there were ceiling fans but allergy issues meant we couldn’t use them) All in all, it’s a great spot and we miss it already!

Perfect location in North Naples

My mother and I had a nice stay at Kathleen’s home in Naples. We had busy days but enjoyed our evenings unwinding by the pool. Vanderbilt Beach is a stones throw away and the home is also central to everything else in the Naples area.

Clean, quiet, and great location. Close to beaches

We were not too familiar with north Naples area but found it to be close to everything, beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house was just as advertised. Pool was so relaxing we ended up spending most of our time there. Beach is only a short bike ride away. Wiggins beach is only a few minutes by car. We preferred that beach over Vanderbilt. Vanderbilt was too crowded.

Tom and Kathy purchased Great White Heron house in August of 2020. We will begin accepting guest in mid-April of 2021. We have a love for the Gulf and area wildlife. Tom is an avid fisherman and Kathy enjoy taking photo of the diverse birds and local beauty. We hope you enjoy our home!
