We welcome you to our Naples FL vacation home. Featuring a beautiful salt water, heated pool and Spa; this home is located just a block away from the beach which makes it a great 15 minutes walk to the beautiful waves of Vanderbilt beach. Our home has an open floor plan, with contemporary furniture and cosy fireplace in the living room. The bedrooms are spacious and all equipped with memory foam mattresses. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay at The 97th and would return. The house is clean and well-stocked with all necessities. Very nice, quiet neighborhood in a great location. The pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect.

Everything was great. Perfect space with a great walk to the beach. the pool & spa were fantastic to have and the couple of small issues/questions I had were very quickly addressed by Silviya the host. Absolutely a great place.

Fantastic Getaway

This house is outstanding. Rarely is a house better in person than the pictures but this one is much better in person. Fully stocked with a brand new vibe to everything. Easy walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Convenient location

Overall pretty good A few issues with ants, handyman/ contractor interruptions. Owner not available to physically be there and sending others for handling issues especially one that should have had owner attention. For the money paid the quality of things like plumbing fixtures, towel bars, grill cover and back room drapes was lacking. We replaced a shower head and bike tire tube at our expense with very light usage. In other words these items were damaged or weakened before we even arrived but we paid for replacement on our own so we left the place better than we received it.

Dear Sam, It is rather disappointing to receive such negative feed back from you since while staying at my home we were having positive communication. We have never seen ants inside this house, nor has any other guest so far. Since you said that you have seen some, I addressed your concern immediately. We do use professional pest control services for the property and when I scheduled for them to re-treat the home you refused, so my property manager addressed the problem on the spot. Sometimes I do need to send people - professionals, to fix things when they get broken because I am not a handyman and I cannot fix them myself. My personal presence was not necessary for a broken spring on the outside screen door since I would not be of any help at all. My handy man took care of it for less than 30mins. Thank you for replacing the shower head which you broke, however I never asked you to. Honestly I would rather have my professional handyman replace things in the house and NOT the guests themselves. I wish that you had made me aware that the bike tire was damaged so I could have taken care of it but again you have decided to replace it yourself without even notifying me and then write it in the review. Perfect Vacation Hone

The owner, Silvia, was a delight, responsive, attentive and welcoming. The house is well designed, tastefully decorated, warm, comfortable and immaculate. The kitchen is well equipped. The lanai was a highlight for us, and we ate all our meals there. The house is a lovely 20 minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend this home. We look forward to returning!

Great Home not far from Vanderbilt Beach

The house was as advertised. It looks like it was recently redone and everything was in beautiful condition. What I appreciated most was that the owner supplied many basics. The kitchen had soaps, paper products and garbage bags. (Many homes I’ve rented haven’t had any or enough.). The beds were comfy. And the location was perfect for us.

Great location, responsive friendly owner, nice home!

We came down for a boys golf trip and this home was a perfect fit. The place was welcome furnished, comfy beds, provided all the basics on kitchen and bath, great backyard and very close to the action. Sylvia was very responsive and friendly. After I forgot something behind she was very quick to offer to ship it back to me. I will definitely be back.

Great experience.

Check in process was seamless. Attention to detail on amenities was impeccable. Accommodations including sleeping, cooking and cleaning facilities were either new, or in like-new condition. My family and I felt important as guests.
