Great place and in great location!

This is a great condo and an easy walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Prime location in Naples with tons of restaurants, grocery stores & shops within a 5 mile radius.The condo is clean, comfortable & well stocked for your family. The Regatta gated complex is also lovely with a nice pool and hot tub. Nadia is great and I highly recommend this condo.

Location was perfect! We ate at all local restaurants and had great meals each time. Beach was very convenient and was just beautiful!

Delightful spot

Nadia's condo is beautifully furnished and wonderfully equipped. We appreciated having two of the bedroom be en suite. The complex's pool and exercise facilities were more than adequate. We had a lovely stay.

Naples - Regatta, Vanderbilt beach area

Excellent condo in a great location with only a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. The pool with hot-tub and waterfall facilities are fantastic and when we stayed it was so quiet it was like having our own private pool. Highly recommended and we will certainly be returning.

Great clean bright condo.

Great condo! Five minute walk to the beach with beautiful pools and grounds . Beds were great and condo was loaded with everything we needed including beach supplies. Would absolutely rent here again .

Perfect beach location with comfy accomodations

Having been resort-type people for many years, this was our first Florida VRBO/Condo rental and we decided we like the condo much better! Perfect setup so close to the beach, beautiful Regatta accommodations, and a resort-style pool. Nadia our host was so easy to book with and also provided awesome restaurant suggestions which were on point. We would stay here again every year if we could!

Great Family Trip!

Great return visit to this same Regatta condo! Loved how everything was just as clean and perfect as the first time! Kitchen well equipped! Lots of toys and beach wagon for kids! Nadia is always there with any questions we may have! Thanks Nadia!

Great condo in a great location

The check in process was easy, condo is exactly as described. Communication with owner was great. Location is perfect...5 min walk to the beach. Pool is nice and the and work out rooms are a bonus. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful Experience

We are very grateful to Nadia for allowing us to stay in her home. It was exactly as described. Had all the amenities in the kitchen close to the beach. The pool area was wonderful and we appreciate all the communication. Highly recommend this property.

Golf trip to Naples with HS classmates

The unit was clean, the owner was readily available and very helpful with the few questions that we had. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider a return visit next year. We have stayed at this complex before at least 5 times and this unit was as good or better than any of the units that we previously rented.

Regatta Stay

Overall we were pretty disappointed with our family’s experience. The key pad to the front door did not work upon arrival. It took several tries to reach the owner to get in. There was a lot of left over food in the freezer, refrigerator and cabinets. There were dishes left in the dishwasher although they were clean. There was a roll of breath mints under the primary bedroom bed. Clearly the apartment had not been well cleaned. All in all not up to usual VRBO standards.

Family Vacation

I can't say enough about how lovely our VRBO stay was. The place was recently updated and looked picture perfect. Very contemporary but comfortable style. The place was immaculate and there were too many amenities to mention. Plenty of extras in the kitchen and the bathroom and lots of things for the beach. It was so nice to have all these amenities and made our stay wonderful. The condominium complex was pretty too with a lovely pool, small work out room and area for grilling.

Beautiful place to enjoy Florida

We were able to book this condo just a few months before our trip. We were very lucky to have found a beautiful, newly remodeled condo in the Regatta. Everything was new and beautifully done. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with spices and cleaning supplies. It allowed us to begin our vacation immediately! We could not have asked for more with this condo and owner! Nadia was easy to get in touch with and she made her condo a welcome and beautiful home away from home.

Best First Family Vacation!

Wonderful Condo for family! First family vacation for our 2 year old twins, condo had toys, beach and pool toys, & more! Beautifully decorated immaculate condo that is surprising very childproofed as well! Pool for kids is wonderful with waterfall and walk in! And condo is short walk to Great beach and close to grocery stores as well! My husband is a chef and was very happy with kitchen and all tools! Can’t wait to return! Nadia was extremely prompt with answers to any questions and security is wonderful at complex!

Cozy, cute, and clean!

Overall, the condo was very well kept, has a nice view of the swimming pool, and was centrally located between shopping, dining and the beach. Our kids loved all the beach toys available, there were plenty of towels to go around, and the furniture was quite comfortable. Only thing that kept this rental from the 5 stars was us walking in to not one, but two loads of laundry to do (sheets and towels left in both the washer and dryer) and a full dishwasher of dishes to put away, which does not fall on the host themselves (Nadia was fabulous to work with). We will definitely be taking our boys back to stay!

Great location! Ample room!

We have a house in Naples that was being renovated, not finished in time for this vacation we planned and needed an alternative for our family. After having a few issues with entry to the property because we had a late flight and no one was at the gate, we had a great time. The condo overlooked the pool area and was close to the beach so we could swim and watch the beautiful sunsets. Ample room for 2 teens and 3 adults. the kitchen was equipped with everything and some spices that came in handy. There were beach towels, chairs, toys and a wagon to carry it all to the beach. Washer and dryer came in handy with wet suits and towels. Pretty much an equipped condo with all the necessities! Nadia was available and accommodating to contact with our needs. I would recommend this condo for your vacation! Thank you, Nadia!

Family Spring Break 2024

The condo was clean and well appointed. It was truly perfect for our family. I only gave it a 4 star rating because when we arrived, there was a load of towels in the dryer, a load of wet sheets on top of the dryer and a load of wet towels and sheets in the washing machine. Nadia offered to have her cleaning person come back, but I felt like that should have been taken care of prior to us arriving. I didn't expect to finish 3 loads of laundry from the previous renter after spending 12 hours in the car with my family. Also, the dishwasher was full of dishes and the refrigerator and freezer were not emptied. Again, I should not have to deal with dishes, food and laundry from the previous renters. Lastly, the code that was given to us to the building and all its facilities stopped working on the first day after check in. It took the owner over 2 hours to answer our calls/texts . . . she was completely unresponsive which was more frustrating than anything. We ended up having to take matters into our own hands by finding the management office and dealing directly with them. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but without the codes, you're stuck because you cannot access anything (gym, pool, etc.) or even come and go. So the first day was a little frustrating with laundry, dishes, and codes not working, but overall it was great after that.

Family vacation

This is a wonderful home away from home. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach with fabulous white sand, there’s beach towels and other beach stuff for us to use. Fully equipped kitchen that even had some spices and other small things that’s good to have for cooking. It’s a very nice balcony that we used a lot for nice breakfasts, coffee or evening drinks. It’s nice to have the parking space in garage to get away from the sun and nice to be able to take the elevator up to the apartment from there. Nadia is very nice to work with and is quick to respond if you have any questions. We absolutely loved the apartment and would definitely recommend it.

Great Condo!

Location is perfect! The Regatta community is very nice, well kept with a great pool. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed for the beach. Chairs, beach towels, wagon etc., 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved the location of the condo, big screened in patio overlooking the pool. Very homey and comfortable. Would stay here again.
