Swim on a Whim is a four-level log cabin with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that offer gorgeous mountain views. A spacious front deck with picnic table and rocking chairs allow you to take in the fresh mountain air while basking in the beautiful surrounding scenery. All six flat screen televisions are Roku-capable smart TVs ready for your personal use.

Main level:
Once you step through the entryway, you'll be awe-struck by the soaring ceiling height and wall of windows. Relax with your family in the cozy living room while sitting in front of the stone fireplace. The comfortable sleeper sofa, loveseat, and coffee table with four stools surround the gas fireplace where the 50" LED TV hangs.

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils allows you to prepare meals when you don't want to go out. Small appliances include a toaster and coffee maker. The dining area seats seven at the table and two at the island. Step out the back door to take a dip in the four-person hot tub located on the deck just off the kitchen.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, jacuzzi tub with fireplace, and smart TV. There is a full bathroom accessible by both the bedroom and living room. A private door leads you straight to the hot tub deck for a late-night soak.

Pool room level:
The lowest level showcases a heated indoor pool, with adjoining plunge pool, that utilizes a saltwater chlorine-generating system. A new, color-changing LED pool light allows you to alternate between 11 colors with the flick of a switch. Dim the recessed ceiling lighting and enjoy a light show or lock in your favorite color to make swimming in your private pool a unique and delightful experience. The pool ranges in depth from 3-6ft and also features a small waterfall with seating underneath. A half bathroom and comfortable seating ensure that you can relax in this space for hours on end.

Game room level:
Challenge your friends to a game of pool while streaming a movie on the 70" Roku-capable TV or gather on the queen-sized sleeper sofa and loveseat for a family game night. A multicade gaming system (arcade), whiskey barrel table with stools, and a foosball coffee table provide the finishing touches to this epicenter of fun.

Additionally, the adjacent bedroom, with a rustic wooden king-sized bed, smart TV, and in-room jacuzzi tub, is a great place to relax and get some sleep as you prepare for your next fun-filled day. There is also a full bathroom and a washer/dryer available for your convenience.

Upper level:
As you make your way to one of two bedrooms on the upper level, you'll have an excellent view of the mountains through the panoramic windows on the front of the cabin. The first bedroom has a rustic king-sized bed while the second bedroom provides yet another in-room jacuzzi tub. A jack-and-jill bathroom adjoins the sleeping quarters. A new full-sized futon on this level provides additional loft-like resting space when not taking in a wonderful view of the Smokies. Both rooms come equipped with flat-screen smart TVs.

Outside, enjoy s’mores around a firepit as the sun sets with seating for 10. A charcoal grill, with additional seating on the deck, is also available for that family cookout with a view.

Swim on a Whim is located just six miles away from downtown Pigeon Forge. In just a short drive, you'll be in the middle of it all and ready to enjoy your pick of restaurants, outlet stores, local boutiques, dinner shows, and exciting attractions. Ride an alpine coaster, spend the day at Dollywood, or stroll around The Island in Pigeon Forge. If you are ready for a slower pace, the beauty and splendor of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a brief thirty-minute drive away.
IT IS SUGGESTED THAT ALL MEMBERS OF A GROUP RENTING AND STAYING IN THE HOME READ THIS RESERVATION INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT.

By submitting payment, Guest acknowledges and agrees to the full terms of this agreement and property rules as follows:

* The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent this cabin.
* May have a maximum of 14 registered guests at the standard nightly rate.
* No unregistered guests.
* * No smoking or vaping indoors or near open windows or doors. When smoking outside, cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground. Absolutely no marijuana on the premises. A $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking inside. Please, please just don’t.
* No pets of any kind allowed except for service dogs (with prior verification sent). Per AirBnb rules, service dogs are not to be left unattended in the cabin at any time and any damage caused by the animal will be charged back to the guest. Service animals are not allowed on furniture and excess cleaning charges will apply.
* No parties unless pre-approved by owners.
* Follow all posted pool rules, and use the hot tub and pool responsibly.
* All children/teenagers must be supervised. Absolutely no children allowed in the pool area or in the hot tub without close adult supervision. Damages to hot tub/cover, game room equipment, etc. will be charged back to the guest.
* No glass in or by the hot tub and pool.
* Keep all pool access doors closed and locked at all times for safety purposes and humidity control.
* Do not attempt to change settings/temperature of the pool room, water, or exhaust vent fan.
* Turn off lights and close outside doors when not using. Lock up when leaving.
* Fireplaces are gas. Please do not throw any wood, paper, or items in them.
* No fires outside of the fireplaces, grill, or fire pit. Candles are not permitted.
* No illegal drugs. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
* Do not rearrange furniture or the pool table. Keep the property and furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended use.
* No food or drink in the bedrooms, pool, or hot tub.
* TVs are Roku capable. Do not remove or tamper with any of the Roku devices and do remember to log out of your streaming accounts prior to check out.
* Only use provided make up towels (colored washcloth) when removing make up, or bring your own make-up removal towels.
* Please do not remove any towels, washcloths, or linens from the cabin.
*Remove extinguished coals/ashes from grill after use. Use the bucket by the grill.
*Keep all trash in the bear-proof trash containers located by the parking area and ensure the lids/doors are closed and latched. There are bears here!
* Do not flush sanitary products other than toilet paper down the toilets.
* Please report all damage immediately. We understand that accidents can happen and some items may be covered by warranty if reported quickly. Charges for some damages may still be applicable.
* Please treat our home with the same respect as you would your own. We love our cabin and want to keep it beautiful for our family and future guests. Thank you in advance for leaving Swim on a Whim as you found it!

It is agreed there are certain risks and dangers associated with the activity and use of the cabin. Guest acknowledges that use of this home and amenities including, but not limited to, the indoor pools, hot tub, jetted tubs, chairs, beds, grill, firepit, appliances, stairs, decks, may have potential risks if improperly used, particularly in regards to children, and such use is entirely at the guest(s) own risk and responsibility. It is especially important that children are supervised at all times in and outside the cabin. Please exercise care as to your personal safety, and the safety of your companions, as we do not accept any liability during your vacation.

Each person renting and staying in our home will be responsible for any and all accidents, loss, damage, or injury caused by his or her, or anyone in their party’s negligence or willful conduct during the term of the rental/lease agreement. Guest’s liability insurance, whether homeowner’s or other type, will be primary in the event of any loss or damage to the property or persons occurring at or about the premises during the term of this agreement. This includes the house, swimming pool, and all grounds of the entire property located at 2015 Delta Dawn Dr. Sevierville, Tennessee. It is the duty of the guests, while occupying the premises, to guard against accidents and to caution all members of their party to do so. Reckless endangerment of or by any people in your party is against our policies and is not allowed. We will not be held liable for any such action.

Guest acknowledges and agrees that use of WiFi/Internet services at the rental property (“Services”) is for personal use and agree not to use the Services in a manner prohibited by any federal or state law or regulation. Transmission or download of any material in violation of federal or state law or regulation, including, but not limited to any copyrighted material, is prohibited. We assume no responsibility for and exercise no control over the content contained on the Internet or is otherwise available through the Services.
