The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the trees as you settle in with a warm drink, while the quiet hum of the mountains settles around you. The gentle glow of the electric fireplace invites slow, cozy moments after a day of winter outings, and the indoor pool’s warm water beckons you to unwind any time of year. A playful breeze drifts from the balcony swing, lit by string lights, reminding you that relaxation and fun coexist in this mountain retreat.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms are spread across the main and second floors, each with its own full bathroom and a 55‑inch Smart TV. Two main‑floor bedrooms feature king‑size beds and large closets. Upstairs, a third bedroom offers a king‑size bed and a dedicated workspace. The fourth bedroom provides two queen‑size beds and a multicade arcade game. A queen‑size sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space.



Indoor living

The electric fireplace sets a warm tone throughout the cooler months, complementing spaces designed for gathering and play. A loft game room holds a PlayStation 5, arcade games, air hockey, a NERF battle station, and board games for classic and modern entertainment. A digital guidebook is sent in the check‑in email a week before your trip. The cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31, with exact dates based on guest turnover. Check‑in and check‑out are not available on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This property is owned by VA Properties Tennessee, LLC.



Guest Access:

3 stairs are required for access into the home.



Other Things to Note:

Your lock code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival. You do not need to pick up any keys.

Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.



Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with.
