Forget your troubles in the Spring Lake Neighborhood in the "Forgotten Mile" in Rehoboth. Spring Lake is a beautifully landscaped, tree lined private community with a pool located steps from the Thompson Island Trail and a less than 10 minute bike ride to the beach through residential neighborhoods.
This 2 BR/2BA upstairs condo is less than a mile to the beach and downtown Rehoboth, boasting peaceful lake views with fine dining and shops just minutes away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck and take in the serene scenery.

Convenient, Clean, Great Location

This was our second stay here. We love the location, and access to everything Rehoboth/ Dewey has to offer. It is a short drive to the beach and boardwalk. The place was super clean, and very spacious. We cant say enough about how much we enjoy it here, we will be back next year again. The communication with the owners of the condo was excellent, very nice people!

Great place for family vacation!!

This was a great place for a family vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely stay here again. The location is good, you are a close drive to beach and boardwalk. There is a really nice community pool, that doesnt get very crowded. We were very happy with all aspects of our vacation.

Great location. Close to restaurants and shops, only six minute ride to the beach. Stayed during off-season so easy access to beach and parking too. Property was comfortable and lots of space for everyone

Great vacation home

This property worked well for our family of 5 (3 young children). We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. Good location away from Rehoboth beach traffic but not too far from Rehoboth beach and short drive to Bethany Beach. The pool was a nice addition, clean and not crowded (we were often the only people there). Would stay here again.

Perfect Location

Close enough to all the sites, but away from the congestion & noise of this busy beach town. The owner was quick to respond to our needs and was nice to work with. When back in the area, would definitely rent here again!

All around great property

This townhouse in spring lake is the perfect place for a family vacation. Located close to the beach, dining, shopping and any other convenience you may want. The house is super clean, well furnished and has everything as advertised. We would give 10 stars if possible.

Perfect for a family of 4!

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was a five minute drive to multiple beaches, and the parking passes were a huge help! Our kids loved the condo development pool, which was less than a two minute walk from our door. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful with the few questions we had. A perfect week!

Great location and cute condo!

We stayed here for a girls beach weekend. The condo was the perfect size for 5 of us and was mere minutes to Dewey beach. We were delighted to see they offered parking permits so parking at the beach was easy!! Ubers are ready available to take you to nearby restaurants and night life. We had a blast!

Wonderful vacation

We had a such a great week staying at this property!! It was clean and comfortable. The patio was a nice place to relax after being at the beach all day. The pool was really great to hang out at and we loved having the extra beach chairs and bikes and parking passes to use. The location was amazing. It’s pretty much a 2 minute drive to Dewey Beach.. we enjoyed being so close to everything! Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Relaxing Stay

The property was very clean and had almost anything we needed to prepare meals. We liked the pool and the surroundings of the property. We just wish the manager of the property was a better communicator. I reached out several times for information and did not hear back until the day of our arrival. That aside, we had a very nice stay!

First-class Condo, Good Location, Reasonable Cost

You'll find all the comforts of home, all in working order, plus a spacious balcony with a table, umbrella, cushioned chairs and a couch overlooking a pond. A downstairs closet holds beach chairs, children's toys and a bicycle. From here it's about four blocks to the less-crowded southern end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, and a similar walk to Dewey Beach. And let's not forget the swimming pool on site. One tip -- to adjust the AC hold the outside rim of the thermostat and turn. Enjoy! We certainly did! Howard & Diana

Wonderful!

When you can have an entire condo, second floor, with all amenities, a perfect view of a lake, parking, bikes, and privacy? Even if you do not have a car, you are only a very lovely 15 minute walk to the heart of Rehoboth Avenue. Once you cross the highway via a pedestrian crosswalk, you can weave your way down to and over Silver Lake and on to some great food and wonderful memories and then return to your rental to create even more! The sofa is comfortable, the adult beds are also comfortable (if you're accustomed to plush, I have a 3" travel gel topper that is an inexpensive, easy upgrade) and the twin mattresses are perfect for the kids. Great water pressure, The stovetop and oven work great too- no overheating or under heating- very easy to use even if you're accustomed to a gas appliance as I am. You'll appreciate all the perks. We appreciated a safe, distanced stay away from constant contact in a hotel that is unavoidable as COVID restrictions are whittled down. The deck was such a nice bonus. And that view... Sunset anyone?! If you have a rainy day, the Volume Control for the L/R tv is on the side of the smaller remote, for cable click HOME on the smaller remote and then the selection for 'Cable Box'. It is easy to sign into your own streaming service. Enjoy! (You will!)

Exactly what we needed !!

What to say, everything was great! From contacting the host with questions before renting to arrival, all was quick and very helpful. Not knowing the area, I was extremely happy with the location. Very close to everything, especially the beaches!! Enjoyed exploring Gordon's Park State park by bicycle. The condo had all we needed and more. The grounds and pool area were meticulous. We would definitely and already have recommended to friends ! A great escape after 2 years of being confined for Covid. Cheers, Norman

Lovely place

We had a great stay! The location was good. It was a quiet relaxing place to stay. Our only problem was communicating with the owner. We emailed a few days before we left and apparently he doesn't check emails often. He responded 5 or 6 days later. We texted after that but with no better luck. The first time about the ceiling fan, and the next time about the Wifi not working. We never got any response from him. Maybe he was on vacation? Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay and would go again.
