Located between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach, this vacation home offers a quick walk to the Carolina or Cullen Street Beach and walking distance to downtown Dewey Beach, restaurants, and entertainment!

The outdoor living was expertly designed for spending time outside and entertaining! The flow was imagined in a way, that all the space can be used to accommodate you. Enjoy a large 2nd story deck with covered porch off the family room. The stairway leads down to the front and rear yard. A patio for dining flanks the 1st floor rec room. Enjoy night dinners in cozy ambience. There is a new outdoor shower for post beach rinsing. And then a heated inground pool, also in a cozy environment in the rear of the home. The pool has a switched controlled automatic pool cover for safety. Lounge around the 1st floor front yard patio on swinging chairs or at the outdoor firepit sandy area.

Inside, this vacation home hosts an inviting foyer to unload luggage and congregate. Next you'll lead to a recreation room equipped with a game table, comfortable pull-out couch and large TV. A hallway leads to 3 large bedrooms, one bedroom with en suite bath and hallway bathroom. All newly remodeled with coastal tiles and fixtures. Travel up the stairs to a vaulted ceiling family room and gourmet kitchen. Exposed wood beams and wainscotting make the Sea Salt wall color the coastal vibes you desire when retreating to the beach. The kitchen island is setup to enjoy coffee or dining and there is large built-in bench for dining with all guest. Next a hallway leads you to the primary bedroom with en suite bath and balcony for lounging. For added fun, enjoy a good variety of games and puzzles. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and sand toys are also available should you want to visit the sand and waves again.

THINGS TO KNOW
The heated pool is open from April 15th until December 1st.
Rentals longer than one week will require a mid-stay clean at the guest's expense.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at front door. Noise decibel device and safety cameras around the premise.

1 days notification is required to order heat for the pool. A fee of USD125 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact leasing agent after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
