We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near so many Chicago attractions. The check-in guide was comprehensive and made everything easy. A special thank-you to Lisa in the lobby—she was outstanding, incredibly helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again!

Everything was as advertised. Great view of the city and lake. Great proximity to public transportation. You can hear the train all day and night but it really just felt like white noise and did not keep anyone awake. The building staff was very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was extremely clean and the location was central to all of the best activities in downtown Chicago. The host was very responsive and made the stay easy with very clear and detailed instructions. Great experience. Would stay here again!

Right in the heart of everything! So many places to eat nearby as well as easy walks to most major attractions or a line to get you there. Was so excited the blue line from airport let us off right in front of our building. Communication from Staywell was wonderful and very clear and fast whenever I had a question.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. The location can't be beat. We walked and used public transit to get everywhere. It was nice to have the kitchen. We got take-out from a local restaurant (Rosati's) instead of eating out. Breakfast at Meli's was delish, and we got coffee and muffins at Intelligentsia Coffee one morning. Take out lunch from Beatrix was easy and good. The washer and dryer were helpful, since we were halfway through our trip. The view was great! Very clean, comfortable beds, easy access to the building, great communication from the host. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it.

This stay was perfect. Very clean and lots of room. Check in was easy. Beds were super comfortable. Good location and close to subway. Close to attractions. It did get slightly warm in the apartment even with cooling units. Overall great place to stay!!

This apartment was in a great location, in a quiet building. Amenities were as advertised - nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer. Some noise from the train which is right outside the building, but host thoughtfully provided containers of individually wrapped foam ear plugs in both bedrooms. Furniture is all in good shape, kitchen had the essentials, and the living room area was comfortable and cosy.

I really don’t think you can beat that location. Blue line for O’Hare is right there. Communication was always wonderful. Building is beautiful! Concierge was always very helpful. I didn’t think the noise from the trains was loud at all. Thankful for a couple cooling units that we could use. I was expecting the place to be a lot bigger from pictures, but ended up being perfect for four adults. Couple recommendations - blinds or window treatments to keep light out in bedrooms. Wish there were some toiletries to use if things were forgotten. Definitely recommend!

Perfect spot to connect with family group

This was a great place to assemble various family members after attending a birthday dinner nearby. Perfect spot to play board games, and have snacks and drinks!

Fabulous location and spacious apartment. Hosts were very responsive when contacted and very helpful. Amazing views from the 15th floor out to Lake Michigan. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for those times we just wanted to stay in. I will definitely book this again if we are back in Chicago. Thank you so much
