Great VRBO!

Wonderful lodging accommodations in a great location! We stayed here with family for my daughter’s wedding and were so pleased with the accommodations and location! Song is a wonderful host and instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and communication prior to and during our stay with the owner (Song) was great. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again for future visits to the Chicago area.

We absolutely loved this location. It was spotless. The parking was amazing. The location is so close to many restaurants and bars. The amenities were also very appreciative to have. It’s so nice to have wonderful beds, bedding, and nice towels. We will be back on our next trip.

The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. Nice location with lots of restaurants and walking distance to the train. You will hear the train at night and the normal city noise, but that's typical. I never felt unsafe. It was a pain getting the luggage up and down the stairs, so be mindful of that. The coffee selection was pretty terrible and there was only one type of sweetener. We ended up ordering coffee from the local coffee shops nearby, which were pretty fantastic. We did not use the parking space, so I can't comment on that. Overall we had a nice stay and it was spacious enough for us. The two bathrooms were a must, which makes it better value than booking two hotel rooms for three nights.

Nice place in excellent location

Great Stay!

Loved our time here! We would like to say, it would be nice for a bit more cooking items to be here! Coffee pods were great but we would have loved to make a pot. Beyond the kitchen though the house is great! The parking spot and location were wonderfu!

Family Christmas

We spent 4 night over Christmas because two of our kids live in Chicago. This apartment was absolutely perfect. Very clean, easy check-in, great communication with the host. Our daughter lives just up the street so location was also key. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent home in PERFECT location

This home was perfect for our large girls getaway to Chicago. The checkin process could not have been more straightforward and easy to follow. Unit is on the second floor with a short flight of stairs and was impeccably clean with a spacious layout. Plenty of comfortable beds as advertised for easily 8-10 adults without even utilizing the pull out sofa in the living room. But the true gem of this stay was the location! Just steps away from endless bars, restaurants, and shopping of both Fulton Market and the West Loop. Highly recommend!!

Convenient to walking and socializing

This place is in the heart of the West Loop neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Clean and secure, my only criticisms are that the hallway lights stopped working the second day due to a faulty switch as they would only stay on if the switch was held down. Otherwise, there was the occasional siren or traffic noise of being in the city but it wasn't a problem for me, as I'm used to it. I'd stay again.

Location is 5 stars!

Clean, well stocked, had comfortable beds and you can walk to anything you’d need. Restaurants and bars are literally right around the corner. The L is close by to get you around to other parts of city but it’s very walkable. You can even walk to downtown. Neighborhood felt safe. Property manager very responsive. Only downside is the L is fairly loud when it goes by and the garage door under unit is also loud when it’s used. But hey it’s city living and we got used to it. It’s on the second floor so be prepared to carry all your bags up. Highly recommend this place!

Downtown Chicago

The property was nice, clean, and had everything we needed, but the people upstairs were really loud. One night they were hammering something for about 45 minutes. We were in the living room trying to talk and it was impossible. The only other issue we had was the stairs. I have bad knees and my husband has breathing issues so they were really hard for us. I know this is not a fault of the property but just wanted to let other's like us know.

This 3 bedroom apartment was the perfect stay for us!! The ceilings are super tall, beautiful floor to ceiling windows, a large pullout couch, safe location, centrally located near all the best restaurants, quiet neighbors, great atmosphere!! The apartment was super clean and offered plates, cups, coffee, dish detergent, and a washer and dryer with detergent!! Felt very safe and well accommodated during this stay. Not to mention, the owner is easy to get ahold of and very responsive!! Would love to stay here again!
