House was clean, beds were very comfy, kitchen was well equipped! Centrally located between Disneyland and the beaches. My family and I had a wonderful time! Owners communicated in a timely manner and were very friendly.

Our host was very attentive, flexible, and responsive. The home was very clean and very well decorated. We had plenty of towels and there were a good amount of pots, pans, and dishes for our daily use. All appliances were brand new and easy to use. Yeah

Great Stay

Pro - beautiful flat - big great room for pets to run as well as a small courtyard -central location to Disney, Knotts, and restaurants. - washer and dryer for clothes...so nice to have fresh clean clothes - owner is super friendly and came by to help with unfamiliar dishwasher. We didn't get a chance to ask how TV worked as it didn't seem to have any subscriptions. Con - Upon arrival, found wet towel hanging in bathroom, underwear in a bedroom drawer, and empty ice cream carton in freezer. - Entrance from alleyway so hard to find the first day - top floor of building near freeway so traffic noise at night. Took some getting use to at bedtime.

Where do I start first from the places well decorated very clean the beds are comfortable and the host well, there’s always the problems with host, but not this one. He’s so nice so sweet so accommodating. I will never probably find another host like him again but if I ever come back or need to come back, he’s gonna be my first stop Definitely 100%

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at this home during Natural Products West Expo. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the house itself was exceptionally cozy. I would jump at the chance to stay here again for our next show.

Perfect place!

Ample room for our family of 5 to stay for 5 nights. Beautifully styled and decorated. New construction makes the home feel clean and fresh. Beds and linens are some of the most comfortable we’ve ever used. Quiet location and close to many places for food and shopping. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again!

Family wedding trip

We stayed at this property for a family wedding trip. It was very new and very clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and super convenient. Troy and Camthy were easy to communicate and nice. Only minor issue was we were allowed only one driveway parking space not two so our daughter with two young kids parked there. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Great location & great house!

We loved our stay! The house is super close to a mall & Whole Foods as well as the freeway. It was a 15-20min drive to all our favorite spots in Irvine & Newport. We came out for a church conference but wanted to come a few days early to enjoy the beach. I’m so glad we booked the house and not hotels. It was great being able to have dinner together & hang out in the living room instead of being separate in hotels

Wonderful Space and Location

We stayed here for a multi-family trip to Disney, local beaches, and LA. There was plenty of space for 3 adults, 3 kids (under 6,) and a small dog. The space is beautiful, incredibly well-maintained, and comfortable. The location was centrally located for all of the activities we had planned and was less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods, Target, Starbucks, and highways etc. I saw another reviewer that wasn’t happy about having to enter through the back/alley, but we actually found this really convenient. We had a designated parking spot (off the street,)close to the door, and didn’t have to contend with street traffic to wrangle kids from the car to the house. A few things (pros and cons) I didn’t realize when booking: -This is a duplex and the VRBO unit is upstairs. I mention this because our kids are young and loud and we did disturb our downstairs neighbors. -There is a hot plate/stovetop, and full kitchen, but no oven. This wasn’t an issue for us, but for anyone doing a lot of cooking, it might be. - The area is residential and had plenty of quiet streets to walk our small dog. - There is a $200 fee to bring a dog, but (even with the flight) it was still cheaper than boarding him at home. A huge “thank you” to the host who was extremely accommodating, helpful, and tolerant of our rambunctious group: -About a week (maybe less) before we checked in, I reached out and asked whether they had a pack n play and shared that we would be bringing our dog (our pet care had fallen through.) I have a pack n play, but we were already traveling with so much gear for kids that I really didn’t want to have to haul it too. The host ordered one and had it waiting for us when we arrived. We brought a protective sheet, but not having to travel with another large piece of luggage was such a relief! The host also let me know about the pet fee immediately and I was able to pay on the app. -At one point, one of the kids locked us out of a bedroom and we had to request a key. The host was very kind and quick in providing one. All around, we really enjoyed our stay and had all the space and amenities we needed, including a wonderful host!

Beautiful Home - Easy Access to Local Attractions and Beaches

This was a great place for our annual combined family vacation! The two master suites was a big plus. Communication with the owner was great and they worked quickly to resolve a minor incident (Wi-Fi was running slowly). Things to note - pay attention to the details of the listing. We missed two things that caused us to change our plans for the week. 1) it is fully upstairs. We have a family member recently having medical issues that causes left-sided weakness, so going up the stairs was tough. But that was us not reading - the listing was clear. 2) there is no oven. When we read “kitchen” we made an assumption. The amenities did not list an oven, so again not the fault of the owners. I would say that the property is very pretty and well cared for. Depending on the age of children, it isn’t “family-friendly” in that there are a lot of nice items that we had to move to keep out of the reach of the smaller children in our party. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Great place and hospitable host!

The house is exceptionally clean and has great appliances! The house is located in a great area, just a short drive to the beach, and an even shorter drive to a really nice shopping area and restaurants. Host went above and beyond for us, always checked in to see if there was anything he could do for us or if there was anything we needed.

Summer vacation

Hosts were very easy to communicate with! It would have been nice to have grab bars in the shower for this 80+ year old. Property was centrally located for our plans, well maintained & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. carrying luggage up & downstairs was inconvenient BUT I was aware of that beforehand!

Best vacation house!

This home was perfect for our family of 7. It was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. Everything looked new and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t need to contact the owners during our stay, but prior to our arrival they reached out to us with codes and any pertinent info. I do want to mention that this property is located off a main street and is the upper unit of the property. You can hear some street noise, but it didn’t impact our stay and we would absolutely stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great Spot, Great House!

This property is amazing! Very clean, new, super adorable. Everyone had their own space, and their own bathroom. We stayed here for a trip that included Newport Beach, Disneyland, and Universal Studios. The home is located in a great location for all. It's really close by to grocery stores, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, etc. We had a great stay here and this will certainly be our choice when we come back! Thanks so much! :)
