Yonge Street, subway access, shopping, entertainment, and everyday essentials are all nearby, making it very easy to explore both North York and downtown Toronto.

Inside, the condo is modern, bright, and thoughtfully furnished. The bedroom provides a comfortable sleeping space, while the living room includes a pull-out sofa that can accommodate one additional guest, making the unit suitable for up to three guests.
