Ocean View from Every Room at Breakers Beachside Bungalow! 2 bed/2 bath

Nicely furnished and fully equipped Kitchen; decorated with relaxing at the beach in mind. The front door will even have your own designated combo code so you don’t have to worry about everyone in your group having a key. Our complex; Ormond Breakers offers a private pool and beach for residents and guests only. There is no-driving on this part of the beach.

Living/Dining Room:
Hang out and stare at the Ocean or watch the 55" TV on a large (full size bed) pull out sectional with plenty of room for the whole family to cuddle, play games or do a puzzle when you come in exhausted from a day on the beach. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably. Sit on the balcony set up with two bistro sets to enjoy the views of the pool and ocean all at once. Sunrises are spectacular, not to mention the sunsets, rainbows , dolphin and whale watching too!

Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, toaster oven, crock pot and blender to help you enjoy an easy vacation.
The front closet and pantry are stocked with cleaning supplies, small cooler, beach towels and toys.

Master Bedroom: All new upgraded King size memory foam mattress, plenty of drawers and closet space, desk and chair if you need to get some work done or a 43' Smart TV and a giant egg chair to sit and read if you just want to hang out.

Second Bedroom : New upgraded Queen size memory foam bed , Twin bunk beds, night stand and chest of drawers.

There are Two Full Bathrooms; one with a walk in shower the other with a bathtub/shower both stocked with towels and hair dryers.

Garage: Located directly next to the dumpster in the northwest corner of the apartment complex.
. The garage is narrow and has a low ceiling !!! Please only park small SUV's and automobiles in the garage!!! Parking is available for other vehicles around the perimeter of the building. Located in the garage are beach chairs, toys and umbrella. Look for the items marked #207. (We would greatly appreciate you rinsing these items off at the hose located in front of the pool or at the back corner of the building.

Upon arrival, the apartment is located on the North side of the building ,third floor in the very front. To unload you will see an elevator and a set of stairs in the rear of the building under the stairs you will find shopping carts to assist you in bringing your belongings up the elevator. (Please return the cart for the next persons use)

Ormond Beach is located six miles north of Daytona Beach and is a quiet place to stay during all of Daytona's famous events. Ormond is within driving distance to so many Florida Attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Historic Saint Augustine, Daytona Lagoon and Marine Land to name a few.

Nice place, location and owners

We stayed for a month at this condo. The people there are friendly, the location is quiet and convenient. There is an ocean view from every room. The place was clean and updated. The owners were very accommodating. We will stay here again!

Lovely Condo with Great View

Nicely furnished condo. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. Large windows with ocean view. Owners are very responsive. We could not have chosen a better place for a vacation.

Little piece of paradise!

This condo is very nice. Loved all of the little extras, dishes, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The only recommendation I would make is for some extra bath towels. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!!

Ocean front and quiet

A group of 4 adults stayed at this property. There is a big bay window in the living room that has views of the ocean. Pelicans fly up and down the beach right over the condo all day long. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of cooking pans/utensils. You will need a car to go to restaurants or stores; do not recommend walking unless you are comfortable with longer distances. The beach is literally Across the street though and there are beach chairs for your use.

What a view!

We stayed the month of April. We were drawn by the pictures including the view, which is gorgeous, morning noon and night! The rooms were comfortable and tastefully done. We loved the third floor corner because it was so private. The pool area was well taken care of. The only downside is the condo didn’t have a washer or dryer but there were some on the premises. You can’t go wrong by staying here. The owners we quick to answer any questions and came out right away when one of the toilets needed attention. Lovely people!

What a Way to Spend a Week!

This is my families second time spending a week at the Ormond Breakers and our first time spending it at Larry's property. As soon as you walk through the doors you immediately feel at home. The furniture was very nice and the décor was the perfect beach theme. We loved the huge window in the middle of the living area looking out over the beach. The beds were great and Larry had the property very well maintained for everything we would need for cooking and eating there at the condo. There was even some spices left for us to use as well. I love this area, it is calm and very welcoming. Any questions I had Larry as quick to answer and just very accommodating. We had a great experience and look forward to the next time!

Quiet condo with thoughtful owners

We rented the property and had the enjoyment of being the first renters! The complex itself is older but well maintained and quiet. Great ocean views from the living room and master. Loved sitting out on the balcony for coffee or wine! The property is very well stocked with everything you need. Hand soaps, trash bags, Ziploc bags, crock pot, food storage containers etc. we did a lot of cooking in and loved having all the necessities! Tastefully decorated and updated. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! One thing to note the garage is a tight fit especially for larger vehicles and there is not a lot of open parking. Owner’s communication was great before arrival and they accommodated a later checkout due to some schooling commitments we had to meet for our kids! Thanks for sharing the property! We’ve stayed in other rentals in this area and this was our favorite thus far!

Windy Ormond-by-the-sea

We have been renting for many years and it is the first time we had so many snafus. Unfortunately it was cold when we arrived and the condo termostat was not working so we had no heat. TV and WIFi were also inoperable. The owners did address the problems in a timely way. Then we were without hot water in the master bath for a week. Once again, the owners responded and a plumber did come and fix the problem. Not having a garbage disposal was an inconvenience. On the plus side, the view of the ocean was great and the condo was comfortable.

Boho Bungalow

The condo was spotless! It was decorated so very cute and they really thought of everything. Everyone loved it! The only thing that could have been better is the parking. The space was too tight and all the beach toys made it even tighter. Also, a light would have helped! The condo itself was perfect!

Beach Getaway - Just Out of Town

Private beach access, pool, and a very comfortable condo. Beach walks, swim, and relaxing view from balcony. All the amenities, with short drive to dine or visit Daytona and St. Augustine. Great value and host was very accessible.

Sweet apartment with great host and beach access

The host is what truly made this stay amazing! So helpful in everything especially with some adjusted times for check in and out. Very attentive. The unit was well decorated and very clean! We found it quite comfortable. One of the better beach units we have stayed in! The complex is older and has many residents in it - but they were friendly. Plenty of beach supplies and the private beach access across the street made for quiet beach days and easy on and off. We like to go for shorter periods and walks not burn all day - this was perfect.

Great week at the beach!

A big reason we selected this property was because of the many good reviews. All were spot on! Very clean, spacious, well stocked and nicely decorated unit. Our family really enjoyed our time here! We hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful Property

This property was exactly as described and pictured, only better in person! The complex and condo is very quiet and very well kept. The access to the beach was easily accessible and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves 4 out of 5 days. The pool was the same way. There was only a couple times there was more than my children in the pool. The room is well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The private garage was a huge plus for us as well. Do yourself a favor, and book this property, because you will NOT be disappointed!!

This place is AMAZING!

Our place we stayed at was very clean and so pretty inside! It was just a short walk across the road to the private beach, which is also beautiful! I highly recommend this place for families or friends!

We have been traveling to this building every year for 13 years as slowly over the years more and more of our good friends have purchased condo's here. We decided to join the group in ownership in 2020. We are so happy we decided to do this, we have already spent every weekend there and we love it!
