The Space:

The home has been designed to make the most of the tropical North Queensland lifestyle, with soaring ceilings, extensive glass and open living spaces connecting seamlessly with the gardens and pool.

Four spacious bedroom suites are positioned around the property for privacy, with full-height glass doors opening onto private decks and tropical gardens. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, while the elevated loft bedroom features a large stone balcony overlooking the grounds.

At the heart of the home is the infinity pool and expansive covered entertaining area, creating a wonderful space to spend the day. Relax by the pool, enjoy drinks at the outdoor bar or gather for dinner around the teppanyaki barbecue and outdoor dining area.

The generous kitchen overlooks the entertaining space and features a large island bench, walk-in pantry and quality appliances, with everything needed for relaxed holiday dining.

Outside, expansive lawns and established tropical gardens create a wonderful sense of space and privacy. There’s a half-size tennis court, also suitable for basketball and volleyball, along with a putting green and chipping bunker for a little friendly competition.

Whether you're travelling with family or friends, the home offers plenty of spaces to gather together as well as quiet corners to simply relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire home, swimming pool, tropical gardens, outdoor entertaining areas, half-size tennis court, putting green and chipping bunker throughout their stay.

The property is located within the secure, gated Beachfront Mirage Estate. Guests will be provided with estate access details prior to arrival, along with keys and access cards for use during their stay.

A private pathway within the estate provides easy access to Four Mile Beach, just a short walk from the house.

Parking is available at the property.

Check-in and arrival information will be provided prior to your stay, and your local Port Douglas Rentals host is available should you need any assistance during your visit.



The Neighborhood:

Beachfront Mirage is one of Port Douglas’ most sought-after residential estates, known for its beautiful tropical homes, peaceful surroundings and easy access to Four Mile Beach.

The estate is private and gated, yet conveniently located close to everything Port Douglas has to offer. A pathway through the estate provides direct access to Four Mile Beach, perfect for an early morning walk, swim or sunset stroll.

The heart of Port Douglas is only a few minutes away, where you’ll find Macrossan Street’s restaurants, cafés, bars and boutiques, along with the marina and Sunday markets.

Despite being so close to town, Beachfront Mirage has a wonderfully relaxed and private feel, making it an ideal base for enjoying Port Douglas and exploring the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest.



Getting Around:

The home is conveniently located just a few minutes from the centre of Port Douglas.

Four Mile Beach is easily reached on foot via the estate’s private beach access pathway, while Macrossan Street, the marina, restaurants and shops are only a short drive away.

A car is handy for exploring the wider region, including Mossman Gorge and the Daintree Rainforest, however it isn’t essential for enjoying Port Douglas. Local taxis and shuttle services are readily available, and bike hire is another great way to get around town.

Parking is available at the property for guests.



Other Things to Note:

The home is located within the private, gated Beachfront Mirage Estate, and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbouring residents and estate rules throughout their stay.

The property features extensive tropical gardens, ponds and water features in addition to the swimming pool. Children should be supervised at all times, particularly around all water areas.

As you’re staying in tropical North Queensland, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife, insects and geckos around the gardens and outdoor areas – all part of the tropical experience.

The home is professionally prepared prior to your arrival with quality linen, bath towels and a selection of essential amenities to get your stay started.

Pool towels are provided.

Parties, events and functions are not permitted without prior approval, and only registered guests may stay at the property.
