Discounted rates on this Beautiful Beach View Condo

Beautiful spacious one bedroom beach condo with balcony facing the ocean. Very well maintained and cleaned professionally in between rentals. Amazing sunrises are awaiting you and your loved ones. Also has a pull-out sofa that can accommodate two people. Castle Reef is located on the non-drive end of New Smyrna Beach. Within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and package store. $350 damage security deposit needed for all rentals. Funds will be returned at end of rental stay when confirmation of no damage during the stay.
24hr within check-in I will contact the renter and notify him or her of the combination door lock.
Upon check in important to visit the office and receive a parking pass. If the renter checks in after office hours place a note on the vehicle dashboard indicating the unit number (#520) and visit the office the next day for a pass. The HOA for the complex is asking all renters wear or have with them the ORANGE wristbands provided by the owner down in the pool area. Management is charging the condo owners if the ORANGE wristbands are not returned to the unit. In return the renter will be charged $20 per lost or stolen wristband.

The condo is 2nd best to oceanfront with its corner balcony. Interior is pleasant and is well-stocked. Cleanliness 7. Noisy repair work throughout our stay. Entry keypad, non-functional; key left under the mat.Host's communication prompt and friendly but when we expressed disappointment with noisy machinery, then silence.A fine stay but for noise during the day.

4th July Trip

Check in everything was great. Our parking passes were not available and Mike stated that his cleaning ladies may have taken them. We had to go to the check in and obtain new parking passes. The place was clean. We were asked to move all valuable items out of the way, since we had two children under the age of three. All items were placed away and out of reach. The coffee table was moved in front of the TV so the children could not get to the TV. We had to take out the mattress topper and pillows to accommodate my family which was not a problem. There was a situation where the linen closet door was damaged. The slates were broken. It was of course an accident and we didn’t even realize it happened. If we did, we would have tried to fix it before leaving. See photo below. The door also came off the rail easily. Our check out was 10am but we were asked twice if we could leave early to let the cleaning ladies in for the next renters. Which she did show up before 10am. She was helpful in grabbing linens to take to the washer because she saw we had to put one of the children in the car seat to gather everything. We had family pictures that morning and did get yet another text from Mike to leave asap for the cleaning ladies, even before the check out of 10am. We did all the dishes, put the laundry in the basket as asked and took out all the trash. Unfortunately an accident happened with the door. We take responsibility, but to tell us the place was uncleanly was far from the truth

Our stay was absolutely incredible! Mike was an amazing host—super friendly and quick to answer any questions we had.The unit was beautifully updated, and the beds and seating were unbelievably comfortable.We made the best memories with our little family and will definitely be back!

NSB Memorial Day Weekend

We live 40 minutes away and visiting NSB is our go to destination for a long weekend. This is our 3rd time at Castle Reef and this condo is two tiers above the others. The pictures are accurate and the unit is very clean. Mike (host) is a great communicator and even contacted us mid-stay to check on us. We will definitely be renting this unit again!!

Wonderful condo in a perfect location.

This condo had all the extras that you need during your stay. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, kitchen stocked with all cooking items, extra beach towels, etc. The condo is located right across the street from a market, liquor store, beach store, breakfast place, Italian restaurant, and nail salon. Mike, the owner, was so accommodating and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be staying there again!

Labor Day in New Smyrna

We go to NSB at least 1/2 dozen times a year for getaways. This was our first stay at Castle Reef and all I can say it, perfect. The condo has everything you need, down to beach chairs and an umbrella. The condo is spacious for a 1:1. The view of the ocean was beautiful and unobstructed. Mike was amazing! He was super attentive to our questions. We will be back.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It had all that we needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool that overlooks the ocean and just having to go down a few steps to get to the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Beach condo

We a great stay at the beach condo in New Smyrna Beach. Enjoyed eating breakfast every day on the balcony with a great ocean view. The condo was well equipped with everything you might need from the kitchen to the beach. It was just as described in the listing. The owner was very responsive and checked to be sure we had a great time. Nice walks down the no vehicle part of the beach. Wonderful restaurants nearby. We would definitely come back again to stay.

Castle Reef is a Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Castle Reef. The property and pool are the greatest. Our view of the sunrise and ocean every day was the best! NSB has so many great dining options. We plan to go back! So much fun!

Great Week and Time had by All

This condo was just as described! Getting in and out was easy, the view was great, I have stayed at Castle Reef for 30+ years this ranks as one of the best and best value. We had our son who is a college student with us and he slept on the couch that had a pullout bed. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. Will be looking to rent again next year.
