The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the ocean, and the guest bedroom offers plenty of space for the kiddos. We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Ocean Vista beach house in New Smyrna Beach! The view was breathtaking—truly the kind of ocean view you dream about when planning a beach vacation. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived.One of the biggest highlights was the kitchen. It was so thoughtfully stocked that we were able to prepare all the side dishes to take to our Friendsgiving Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people with ease! That level of care and attention to detail truly impressed us.The townhome community was peaceful and quiet, offering a nice sense of privacy. The location was ideal—far enough from the hustle and bustle of Flagler Avenue to enjoy tranquility, yet close enough to easily access restaurants, shops, and local attractions.We loved it so much that we’ve already planned several return trips for next year. Ocean Vista will definitely be our go-to spot in New Smyrna Beach!

Beautiful condo with a view of the beach and pool. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could need, even spices and oils. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely visit again.

Very nice unit. Updated. Love the location! The pool is right outside the back door. This unit is very well stocked. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, bikes, and games in the garage. The kitchen and bathrooms are also very well stocked. We would love to stay here again. Great view of the ocean, on a beach with no cars. Highly recommend.

Amazing property!

Everything about this property was exactly as described. The view is stunning. The home is updated and beautiful. The home is so well stocked! Just bring yourselves, they have thought of everything! Communication and check in was great. The beach was great too, not too crowded at all. The pool was clean and never crowded. We would absolutely stay again.

Beach shower weekend

We were in NSB to attend a bridal shower. We had a great time at the beach house. It is updated and very comfortable, a modern, well-stocked kitchen, including snacks! Everything you could want is provided. We will definitely stay here again!

A Slice of Paradise

Excellent location with all the possible amenities for beach stay. Super clean with excellent bedding and furniture. Digital Guide Book provided by owners was an amazing addition and chock full of suggestions for the area. This place is special and I hope to return soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautifully remodeled 3-story townhome! The unit was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked with all the comforts of home—truly everything you could possibly need while away. With two spacious bedrooms and three full baths, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax.The location couldn’t have been better—on the first floor with direct access to the pool, and in a quiet, small complex right on the no-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. It felt like our own private slice of paradise.The hosts went above and beyond, checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect and responding quickly to any questions. It had a true resort-style feel, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a relaxing stay.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway. Five stars, no question.

Easily Accessible, Newly Remodeled & Clean!

This condo is so convenient and accessible. It was easy to access with unloading or loading groceries or luggage. It was such easy access to the pool and beach. Everything inside is very newly remodeled and up to date. It was also super clean! I would recommend to anyone.

Great spot

I can't say enough good things about this location and property. It had literally everything one would want for a beach vacation. Beach and pool are only steps away, close to everything, a fully stocked house, so clean, etc. I could go on and on. We just loved the digital guide Jessica sent us - it even has a "deals around town" section which we got to use at the ice cream shop across the street. If you're debating properties in this area, it shouldn't be up for debate - this is your dream vacation spot.

Great spot!

The townhome was perfect for our 6 person party. Everything was fully remodeling and very tastefully done. No detail was left undone, we felt right at home! Great pool and beach…very calm while we were there. Great communication with host and we would highly recommend if you are in the area!

Beach Getaway

We had a fantastic trip at this impeccably maintained property. Our family really enjoyed being steps from the beach. We appreciated using the beach chairs and the family enjoyed some bonding time playing cornhole as well. We would definitely consider returning again in the future.

FL Beach Vacay

We love New Smyrna beach and this condo did not disappoint. This place is located steps from the beach and so nice to walk right out the back door and not have to go down an elevator. Also, bonus is the master has the best view for sunrise that you don’t even have to get out of bed! Beautifully decorated, clean and the beds are so comfy. The kitchen has everything you need and also the garage is filled with all beach essential like chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Jessica is an amazing attentive host and goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of while there. I definitely recommend staying here! You will not regret it. Can’t wait to return in the future.

Perfect family getaway

This condo has everything you need! The convenience of the pool and the beach being right outside your door was perfect. The views are amazing the second you walk in the front door….especially the master bedroom!! From indoor to outdoor activities, it has everything you need for every age! My husband and I enjoyed an early morning bike ride!! The kitchen is fully stocked and has beautiful appliances. Everything felt new and clean and the decor was well done! Communication with Jessica was easy and your guide with restaurant recommendations was much appreciated and very helpful. We will definitely be back!! Absolutely amazing! Thank you!! Shanna

Beautiful View!

The townhouse was great for a family. Plenty of sleeping space and separation. It was updated very nicely and owners were very responsive! The master bedroom had the best view and having the pool so close was great. Especially after enjoying a long day at the beach.

Great family condo!

If you want a beautiful condo with an amazing view and also a pool, this is your place! The owners did a wonderful job on the remodel, there are 3 full bathrooms, everything up to date. The kitchen had so many supplies, it saved a lot at the grocery store. There are many good restaurants and activities that are close. We always have a great vacation at Oceanside Village.

Perfect family stay

This place is in a really excellent location. Having the pool right there in addition to the beach, makes it perfect for families with children. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need. Highly recommend.

Beach Vacation

My husband and I were just looking for a beautiful place on the beach to relax. This place did not disappoint! From the time we arrived and saw how beautiful the place is, the cleanliness of the place (it looked brand new) and the clean refreshing smell! It was more than we could ask for. Convenient to stores, restaurants and right on the beach! The host was amazing and we will definitely be back! We recommend to all that want a clean, private place by the pool/beach! Thank you Jessica for being so responsive during our stay!

Beautiful Oceanfront Townhome

The house is beautiful, extremely well equipped for indoor and outdoor activities including beach toys, chairs, towels etc. The pool is steps from the back door as is the ocean. The house is beautifully decorated and the owners couldn’t be any friendlier. We had a sweet welcome gift!! Beds are super comfortable and the TV’s are huge . Furniture is beachy and cute. Overall it is a great vacation rental and will not disappoint!!
