The Blue Door Farmhouse at the Heart of Irving and minutes to Dallas Downtown

Nestled on a neat cul-de-sac lot in the heart of Irving, with close proximity to Dallas Downtown, DFW Airport and Arlington Entertainment District. Easy access to major highways like TX-183, TX-360 and I-35. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and dinning room are also waiting for friends and families. A large backyard with plants and decorations is the ideal place for all to chill. A 2-car garage is available for the security of your vehicles.

Fully remodeled and farmhouse inspired, we did the wood accent wall from scratch with our own hands and made the ship laps ourselves as well! All decorations were wholeheartedly hand picked. We've spent days and nights, we pour our hearts and soul (and some swear if you don't mind) into everything so we took pride of work and I hope you will like it too!
We would be so delighted if you share the same feelings as you walk into the house, and hope y'all enjoy it as much as we do!
We are meticulous about details, from bathroom supplies to kids' essentials, we try to bring convenience and joys to your stay. A dual-function coffee maker assures you delicious coffee/espresso is always available first thing in the morning. Fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, basic spices and tableware.
The house is also equipped with lots of smart and tech features to make your stay even better. 200Mbps cable internet with full house WiFi coverage, cable TV and smart TVs with integrated casting functions, just to name a few. Smart lighting and door lock makes your arrival and check-in even easier.

***Please Kindly Be Advised For the Following***
- Please note that there's a railway track about 60 yards away from our house. However, the house is in a no blow/slow zone so generally speaking, the noise isn't much an issue plus there is very limited night traffic in a week. Still please kindly be advised.

- There is a multifamily residential nearby although the entire lots sits on single family zoning.

We stayed 42 nights at the property. The host was excellent from the very first contact throughout our stay. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes to a text. We've stayed in 5 properties over the last 6 years and this was the cleanest one with the most responsive host. Everything worked as it should....including the heat and AC which we did have to use both of.

This is a great place to stay. It was very clean and had everything one would need. All the beds were comfortable! We come to Dallas once a year for a work trip and I would book this place every time.

Great Getaway, Centrally Located

We were delighted with our stay. We had everything we needed and it was clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown Dallas and everything we were there to do. Plenty of privacy with the 3 bedrooms. We hope to come back to stay here next year!

Great stay!!

Beautiful home, very cleaning, area was great and safe to stay at, parking was difficult but that was do to our big trucks, smaller cars would be fine. We plan to stay here again in the future. Property owners were great answered any questions we had. They made our stay great with all their personal touchs. Highly recommend staying here!!

Home was as described. Beautiful furnishings. Would definitely recommend. Only suggestion would be to have more towels and wash clothes so we wouldn’t need to wash some everyday.

Summer Vacay 2021

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Blue Door Farmhouse! It was just as pictured and the owners were quick to answer questions and check in was super easy. The house was immaculate and provided lots of amenities along with being in a great central location close enough to six flags and the aquariums we visited. We will definitely stay there again if we return to the area.

Blue Door Farmhouse

Wonderful rental. Home is just as pictured. It was super clean and cozy. Anytime we had a question, Judson was easily accessible, super nice and very responsive. Home is close to DFW and Love Field. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
