THE MAIN SUITE
This cozy suite on historic West Main Street - renovated urban studio is located on the 2nd floor of The 713. Full cooking capacity, Queen bed, living/dining area, loaded with original charm and modern amenities - make this a great stay for business or pleasure. This unit space overlooks Main Street with a wall of windows to the ceiling. This upscale unit is ADA accessible. The Main Suite can be rented with The Longview (2bedroom/1 bath) providing guests private access to the entire 2nd floor. Laundry is located directly outside the suite.

The space
713 West Main Street is Historic Building located in the heart of Museum Row and the Business District of Downtown Louisville. The 713 was completely renovated in 2019/20 and is now the site of 5 upscale short term rentals/Airbnb's. Guests will enjoy the close proximity too: Museums, YUM Center, Bourbon Tours, Court House, Center for the Arts, and the Convention Center! The suites accommodate parties of all sizes - all with full cooking ability.

Charming & CLEAN, in a historic building.

We loved our stay and will be back. The owners had great recommendations for places to eat & shop! With 2 coffee shops nearby, (next door & across the street) we had a relaxing happy morning.

Enjoyed our stay for a wedding at the museum. Great location, waking distance to everythibg. Only complaint is the amount of light coming in around the curtains, made it hard to sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay in this quaint apartment. It was perfect, had everything with the bonus of a washing machine! The place was clean, nice decor and walking distance to everything, with some great restaurants nearby. The communication from host was outstanding, instant responses on an query! Will definitely be returning to Louisville and stay here again!

Highly recommended

We were actually upgraded to a larger suite due to a double booking issue. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The space is gorgeous and in a perfect spot for walking to many restaurants and venues in the area. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Louisville!

Perfect spot for exploration

Great spot for walking exploration. It's within EASY walking distance of coffee, food, and entertainment. It does get a little warm, just because of the nature of the location. It's an old building, so they do there best. It's only really an issue if you visit in the summer. The owners are very responsive to messaging! We never felt left wanting.

Great location in Louisville

This was really a cool little studio-type apartment in downtown Louisville. The location was nice and accessible to walking to things. It was a little tricky getting into the rental, but that is only because there are a couple of layers of security. If you follow the directions they send step by step to get the keys from the lockbox, elevator key, door key, passcodes, it works out well. I would stay there again.

Lovely property

Overall enjoyed our stay very much! Walking distance to several fun activities, parking was convenient and inexpensive, great restaurants nearby and property was very chic and clean. Only inconveniences are outside the property management’s control such as entry into the building via keypad that was very hard to read at certain times because of sunlight (locked myself out at one point), little space to unpack/store clothing (it is a studio) and we had a family staying above us that were apparently raising track stars as the kids were constantly running. If we ever travel back to Louisville we would definitely choose this property!

Wonderful stay!

It was a perfect and convenient location to attend a conference at the convention center as well as touring the area. Many downtown amenities were walkable and we enjoyed meeting the Queen (the housekeeper)!

We absolutely loved it here! The room was so clean and styled adorably. We walked to dinner at the Mussel & Burger Bar just down the block. Property owners are super quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely rebook again!

The owners were really nice and accommodating. When we had any problems they fixed it and then some. The view is really nice, and it's close to a lot. I can't recommend this place enough.

Wonderful Downtown Retreat

This is a wonderful property. Very well appointed, superbly clean and the location is tough to beat if you’re seeking to be downtown. Yes, as others have stated, there are a lot of keys for the building, however, the instructions and color coding for the the keys make it easy to follow.
