Perfect home for the fam!

Plenty of space for everyone with lots of entertainment available. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. At the end of the street so very quiet and no traffic. Perfect for kids to safely play out front. Excellent communication with mgmt. company.We will definitely stay here again!

Blissful get-away property

The pictures do not do this place justice. We had an excellent weekend with family and our dog. Its tucked in the hills above Breck on a regularly maintined road in a quiet neighborhood, with great views of the ski runs across the valley. You def need awd/4wd in winter for this property. The layout, space, furnishings, kitchen and amenities are perfect for a family or friends getaway. Four, king-bed rooms and one multi-bunk room. We loved the game room downstairs, and the hot tub too, of course. It was great to come to a nice home, bring our dog (who was on her best behavior, not allowed on furniture, etc), and spend time with our grown kids. We treated it as we would have our own home. I would have liked to know how to turn down the ambient heat in the main floor bedroom's bathroom, that's the only thing I would like to see in the guest manual next time. Owners, sorry *we left our trash in the house, I didn't see the clarifying garage sign abt emptying the trash in the garage trash cans until we were pulling away and the garage door was closing. I did let your pmc know, tho, and they said no problem. Your pmc was friendly and professional, btw.

The house was furnished perfectly for a family with everything needed to cook and lounge, and with so many recreational games that kept us busy in our downtime. The view in the family room area was so beautiful with views of the mountains. The fire pit and hot tub were private and nice. Very safe area with no noise. We enjoyed it in every way!

It is right near many biking/hiking trails so no need to load the bikes and drive anywhere. After a busy day relaxing in the living room and staring out at the mountains was dreamy. The basement was a great place to hand out with the family as it had multiple games for all to enjoy. The rental management company was extremely responsive and full of very nice people.

We had 2 teenagers and a bunch of adult/kids who enjoyed every aspect of the home. The location and views of the mountain were spectacular - watching the sun set and rise and the changes in weather were amazing. The house is outfitted with everything you could ask for, the beds very comfortable, ample parking - we had 3 cars, clean, beautifully decorated - could not have asked for a better home away from home for our family. AND River Ridge Rentals was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had! Many, many thanks!!!
