Publix Super Market has everything for your stay & is just a few minutes away.

This very luxurious two story, 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home is furnished to a very high standard. The home has 2 king bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each.
This house comes with a private pool , private Grill, and free parking. it has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit and all crockery and cutlery are included. Washing Machine/Dryer as also included. The breakfast nook is ideal for informal dining.
There is also a High End Charcoal BBQ Grill in the pool area for guests to use for Free.
The pool heater is upon request and we are charging $40/day.
Guests will also have full access to the community Clubhouse and all amenities!

My wife and I with our small dog really enjoyed our stay at the Luxurious Villa near Disney. Tarsi was very accommodating and always responded quickly. We made a special request for a crib and within 24 hours Tarsi had the delivery to us. The home is neat and clean, and served my family's and short time guests needs wonderfully. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with restaurants and shopping only minutes away. We will not hesitate to stay again!

Upon arrival, we observed multiple safety and maintenance issues that made the property unacceptable. There was an active ceiling leak, with a bucket and towels placed on the floor to catch water, indicating the issue was known but not properly addressed. Additionally, there was no fire detector installed, which is a serious safety concern and fire extinguishers were not tagged properlyThe accommodations were also insufficiently stocked, with only one kitchen towel provided, trash bags, and silverware. These conditions do not meet basic safety or cleanliness standards and significantly impacted my stay. I am requesting appropriate action to address these issues, including consideration of a refund or other compensation.

Great spot for a family vacation!

My family stayed here for several days while taking in attractions around the Orlando area. We loved the house. It’s spacious and has multiple en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect (and we’ll stocked) for meal prepping. We had a minor problem with the pool and the owner addressed it rapidly!! Great communication and we enjoyed our stay very much. Hope to return soon!

Tarsi was very good with things that needed to be replaced. On arrival there where things that should have been replaced that where broken before we arrived. The house is a bit dated and needs a good cleaning and upgrading

Escape the Snow

The location in nice. The owner easy to get ahold of. The house is nice and uncluttered. Sent the owner a few issues after we got home but nothing that should keep anyone from staying here for a nice vacation. But it does take a solid 40 minutes with minimal traffic to get to the Disney parks (not 10-20 as listed). One full bath is on first floor (nice for using with pool!) but all bedrooms are up - so two bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom at night if that matters.

Villa - Near Disney

Spacious 4 BR home. Worked very well for our family of six. Very sparse bathroom and kitchen linens. Bathrooms had two very small and thin bath towels, two hand towels and two wash cloths. There were no bath mats. Kitchen had one dish rag and nothing else. There were no kitchen towels or oven mitts. Kitchen was just adequetly equipped but met our needs. I am not sure how to rate the location. Traffic was a nightmare at all times of the day during weekdays. There was a lot of road construction in the area.

Spacious Home in a Wonderful Community

The community is picture perfect. We very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the entire complex. So well maintained and a pleasure to walk through. Everyone we met was friendly and courteous. The Villa was spotless inside with a fully functional kitchen and most items that made our month long stay very enjoyable. The property owner was extremely quick to respond to our needs and an issue we had. Everything was attended to in a very timely and satisfactory manner. The only comments that we could make is that a couple pieces of pool furniture were questionable and there was a couple of areas on the pool deck that needed some clean up from dried moisture. A little unsightly but no big deal and certainly nothing to detract from our overall perspective. I would recommend this property to anyone and especially those with larger families. If we are in the area again it would be first on our list to rent again.

Overall had a great stay

Property was cleaned and as described. Property has just about everything you need. No bedrooms on the first floor however in case you have older family members. The kitchen pans and baking sheets are in desperate need of replacement and the toaster set off the fire alarm as it was not functional on one side and totally burned our toast. The appliances are all dated. The pool area was not cleaned and the pool itself had some missing tiles and there were tons of mosquitoes and larvae floating in the pool so we had to try to fish all of them out with the pool net before being able to enjoy the pool. Towels provided were small and only one small shower towel, hand towel and a washcloth per person staying. No pool/beach towels so bring your own! Fans in all bedrooms and living room was great and AC worked well. Couch in the LR appeared older and was covered up with cheap fitted sheets. Pool light doesn't work and pool pump didn't work properly? They supplied hand soap in each one of the 4 bathrooms and plenty of t.p. dishwasher detergent, trash bags etc. Thank you.

Shortages

We got there and the house had not been cleaned. I made all the beds and there wasn’t a fitted sheet for one of the king beds. All bathrooms were not cleaned and toilets were not clean. Shortages of towels. Soaps for bathrooms and kitchen were at the tail end of being useable. Husband vacuumed all the floors. I wiped down all surfaces. Shortages (none) of kitchen gallon bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Thank goodness we drove and had our own. Dishwasher didn't really clean. A good service check will fix it. Toaster was old and didn't work properly. It IS a nice property in a fine location. After getting through the initial cleaning, we settled in, and the family had a nice time. Owner was out of town, but communicated well - unfortunate about the unclean home to start the stay. He refunded half the cleaning fee as he had them come after we had already cleaned. Not great about the shortages of towels and fitted sheet.

Great stay

My husband and I like to stay places that are dog-friendly. One of our dogs is a service dog for PTSD. The neighborhood has sidewalks and dog stations stocked with bags. The dog owners we saw handled their dogs responsibly. This was a safe environment for our companions. Great kitchen and space.

Check in process was super easy. House was clean (still want to know what is used to keep the glass shower doors spotless). Home was exactly as described when booked. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

Very clean place and attentive property owner. The smily face pancake hot plate was a nice touch for breakfast for the kids. Not a lot of parking space but our 2 rams squeezed. Located in a very nice neighborhood.
