Good communication with the host. Was great for when our kids visited. House is as shown in pictures. Only thing I would suggest is to have the carpet cleaned.

Home was comfortable and as pictured in the VRBO listing. Juan was very responsive and accommodating. My family especially enjoyed the pool and lanai. The only recommendation I would add is maybe provide things like trash bags, dish soap, condiments/simple spices (like salt and pepper)…just a few of the usual things until guests can get to a store. I would definitely book with Juan at the Majestic Vacation rental again.

Family Vacation

Property was exactly what we were looking for! Pool was great, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Place was nice and clean. AC worked great. We spent 14 days there and enjoyed it! Kids loved the themed bedrooms.

July 4th Family Bond

The property was very roomy and clean plus the outside pool/hot tub also the game room that was a big plus and I must say Mr Juan help answered all my questions/concerns THE GAS GRILL AWESOME…. Great stay

We enjoyed this property. We had 4 adults and 4 children with us and there was space for everyone. The pool and outdoor spaces were fantastic. The property manager was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Nice house

Juan was a great host answered emails promptly. There were 6 kids and 6 adults house was just the right size and the kids loved the pool liked having a gate around pool for little ones.

Had a great experience with my family. The owner was great. We had an issue with the TV and he sent someone out within an hour and the following morning there was a new tv installed. Very clean, nice bedrooms and the community pool and hot tub was bonus

Winter Escape

The home was lovely with a wonderful lanai. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. Juan was great to deal with. We've already booked our stay here for next year.

Beautiful home in gated community! Our family enjoyed our stay over spring break. The house was very spacious and our kids loved the pool. Property owner was very attentive to any needs or questions we had. We will definitely book again!

Relaxing break from winter

Very happy with our house choice. Juan was very responsive. Home was as advertised. Pool was warm and ready to use. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Great for walking. Would vacation at again. Loved the billiard table

The house was very clean in a quiet nice neighborhood with a nice pool and hot tub. Everything in the house needed for cooking and was able to wash clothes.Very nice place.

Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. We had 9 family members in age from 13-70 and the house was just what we were looking fo. On the days we didn't go to disney or the beach it was nice to have the game room to keep the teens and young adults happy and the pool area and back porch was wonderful for just relaxing. Well stocked kitchen for the evenings we cooked and utilized the grill one evening for cooking burgers. Best house we have stayed at in Florida so far.

Home is very spacious. Roaches were an issue (which I mentioned to the owner). Overall good stay.

As you were able to see, the house was very clean upon your arrival and this is one of our main priority. If you saw one, we apologize and I want you to know that we already took action. Pest control visit the property in a regular basis as a preventive measure and as it is also required in the state of Florida. In this specific case pest control visited the property to take care of any issue that they may find and they will continue to do so regularly.
