The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay in this charming studio apartment, ideal for three guests. Overlooking the courtyard, it offers a quiet and pleasant setting, perfect for relaxing after a day in Paris. With its practical amenities and warm atmosphere, it is the perfect base for a successful stay in the capital.



The studio apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: it has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, as well as a single bed (90 x 200 cm).

• A bathroom: the bathroom has a modern shower and toilet. It is equipped with a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and soft towels.

Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, and bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.

• An open kitchen: fully equipped with a microwave, stove, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, and everything you need to prepare your meals: utensils, pots, and pans.

• A living area: it has a Smart TV and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.

The apartment also has convenient laundry facilities—a drying rack, iron, and ironing board—for a carefree stay.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: From 2:00 pm.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Availability confirmed 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

Deposit: A €150 deposit is required for property access, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds will be processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Noise: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Excessive noise may result in deposit deductions.



Internet Access

Usage: Avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

PS: Please note that Wi-Fi is currently unavailable throughout the entire building for an indefinite period. This issue is beyond our control, and we will not accept any complaints or requests for compensation for any inconvenience caused.



Age Requirement

Minimum Age: To make a reservation is 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. Non-compliance will result in denied entry without refunds.
