Our family get together was wonderful at this lovely property! The house is clean,with lots of room for everyone. The swimming off the dock was great, and the close proximity to Naples and the state park are a big plus. Ray is a great host!

Great area and place to stay

Ray was great, dealt with any issues we had promptly and stayed in contact with us. All rooms clean and very nice. Outside was great by the firepit and decks. The dock fit our pontoon boat perfectly. Fishing was great and we were able to take advantage of the larger lake with the boat.

Family vacation in Maine

This house was perfect for our size family! It was very well equipped for every possible need. We loved the separate living room since we had young adults who like to stay up late. Our 10 year old enjoyed being able to swim off the dock. It was a quiet area on the lake, which we enjoyed, but big enough to get a work out in kayaking. Ray was very responsive and helpful for all our needs.

Wonderful Trip!

Perfect home for an adult family trip! Multiple rooms with king beds and 2 kitchens! The outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and we had a great time! Would absolutely rent again!

Lovely lake house

We had a very enjoyable week. The house is huge and has everything you need. The children had plenty of room to play outside. Lovely area, highly recomended!

We had a great week! Everyone spent a lot of time in or on the water. When the rain came, there was plenty of room to accommodate activities inside. It was a lovely spot for us, from the 14 years olds to the 89 year old!

Fishing Boating Fun

Great location to third beach by boat. Fishing was great. Loons in the morning campfires at night. Plenty of room for the 11 if us to spread out! The two kitchens were a HUGE bonus.

Beautiful location and very, very spacious

Beautiful peaceful location (when the neighbor wasn't doing construction on his house!-probably due to the fact that we had the best week of the summer!!) Great to learn how to kayak and paddleboard as it is in a no-wake area. All 7 adults loved it and would come again. Also loved that it came with some seasonings and toiletries:)

Great Multi-Family Rental

We had a great week and stay. The different zones of the house and property gave all our guests just what we needed for recharging, connecting, and memories together. The firepit and dock were definitely favorites. Ray was responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The house and kitchen are well stocked, helped for added convenience. A place we would easily return to!

Amazing house for a large group!

My family, friends and I stayed at Ray’s house for a wonderful week in August! The house was Ideal with two kitchens, two living rooms and a great deck. We also enjoyed the fire pit almost every night. The kids Fished off the dock and we rented a great boat that we were able to dock at the house. Ray was accommodating and a great communicator. Overall the best lake vacation. we’ve had in years!

Family getaway

We’d been shut in at home for months and getting up to Lake Sebago was just what we needed! Raybo house had plenty of room for all of us ( me and wife , two young kids, one set of grandparents, and brother and wife ). Having two refrigerators was great too! Spent many hours enjoying swimming in the lake and relaxing on the dock. We rented kayaks and SUPs for the week from Ted at Sebago Kayak Co- super convenient and nice guy too. Roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and also enjoyed sitting in the shade in the Adirondack chairs during the day. We also enjoyed several easy -moderate hikes in the surrounding hills that got us great views of lakes and mountains. Great time !

Great location for a Maine stay

This property was awesome! We had 10 people but were very comfortable and not on top of each other. Area was quiet on a serene cove. Property is close to all sorts of activities, and Portland was easy to get to. Owner is very responsive to questions. All needs were met!

Great get away

Rays house was the perfect fit for our family. We were a party of 12 but never once felt crowded. Having three levels, three bathrooms, and 2 kitchens was amazing. The only negative was that the water had a lot of vegetation in it so we weren’t comfortable swimming but we canoed, paddle boarded, kayaked and spent one day boating. Rays house is just a short trip to the Sebago Lake state park and we were able to spend a few day’s there swimming and picnicking. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Sebago Cove

We had a wonderful time here! We had plenty of room for our party of 12. Also having 2 kitchens was ideal for cooking! The yard was perfect for lawns games and being in the cove was nice as it was quiet and didn’t have a lot of boat traffic. The only downfall was you couldn’t really swim by the dock, you had to go to the main lake to swim. This wasn’t a problem for us as we had a boat do it was a quick ride to the sandbar or state park. Sally, the cleaning lady was awesome - she gave us lots of tips, let us drop off coolers early and left the place sparkling clean!

Made for a perfect weekend (or week) getaway!

The pictures don’t do it justice. This house exceeded all of our expectations! It made for the perfect weekend getaway. We had hot days spent on the lake and cool nights around the firepit. We also loved that the house came with a lot of ‘extras’ (playing cards, games, fans, fire wood, etc.). Anything we forgot to pack, the house had! All came in handy!

Great Lakehouse

Property is great, spacious house with two kitchens made it ideal for multiple families. Great fishing for the kids right off the dock. Ray was available for any questions or issues.

Great location in sebago cove

We were a family of 9 (2 families of 4 + Grandma). This house met our needs for bedroom, bed, and bathrooms. The house was clean, in a great location, and easy to get to Naples when we needed a grocery store (Umbrella Factory grocery store). The only thing I would complain about is the weak air conditioning. We were in a cove, so not much wind going through at night. The AC didn’t really cool the main living room very well. The AC unit in the basement did a better job but we all were still pretty hot going to bed. I would suggest investing in a strong Ac unit with higher BTUs. The last complaint we had were with the blinds. They are those really cheap plastic vertical blinds that fall off easily. I would maybe change out those blinds and put in something else. Overall, it was a great stay, a way to be socially distant from everyone else, but also great to go to town.
