This cozy cottage is located just off the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake strip. Stay close enough to all of the action with the comforts of peaceful evenings.

Located behind the east end of the GOTL Strip.

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.

Perfect Cottage

My husband and i had a wonderful week long stay. The house was bright and clean. There was a little hiccup with the front lock, but that was corrected veey quickly and no further issues. The management team was prompt and courteous. We will definitely be back.

perfect place for my spouse and dog for the weekend, fenced in yard is great and just far enough to be quiet but still walking distance to everything.

Perfect for us

This was a perfect little place for us. It was clean, had everything we needed, including a fenced in yard for our pups. Shower was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Wonderful place to stay for the weekend! House was very clean and the neighbors are very nice! Not a far walk from the strip which was wonderful and it was a very quiet area for rest and relaxation! Would stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

This cabin is adorable! It was perfect for a weekend and wine tasting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay

The location was close to everything. Outside could use some freshening up. Once inside it was clean and not full of clutter! Water pressure was great. My dogs loved the back yard.

Great place to stay for a quick trip

My friends and I went to the wineries for the day so we only slept in this property. I’ve stayed here before so I was familiar with the area. It’s a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood.

Work/Vacation

I had to be in Ashtabula for work for several days. This house and fenced in yard was perfect for me and my small dogs. I have stayed here before but can't say enough good things. It is a great place and I look forward to staying there again!

Perfect spot for a short or long getaway

Property was clean and maintained nicely. We stayed for 2 nights and it was enjoyable, close to all attractions and easily able to locate anything we needed. Property provided nearly everything we needed for a quiet, pleasant stay. Highly recommend and will be looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!

Very nice for the price!

Very nice property. Everything there you need for a few days away from home. Plenty of room for two and two small dogs. Short drive to all GOTL offers.

Great little cottage!

We had a wonderful time! Very cozy and clean property. Good communication with owner. We LOVED the backyard and fire pit! Would definitely stay again but would also love to check out one of their other properties too! :)

Swim Districts getaway

This property was perfectly suited for our needs, we spent 3 days at Spire watch our daughter swim so we just needed something closeby and to sleep/eat/shower that accepted pets. Some of the pictures made it look a lot bigger than what it was. Conveniently located a short distance from Spire and lake views

Geneva on the lake girls trip

We knew the cottage would be small but it was just fine for our purposes. Very Clean. The back yard was small but again we had a fire one night and it was perfect. Not too far off the strip but just enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. Great long weekend.

3 day getaway geneva on the lake

Just ok. If you are looking for a quaint little cottage this is not it. It was one of the nicer ones on the street but that is not saying much. General cleanliness was fine but more thorough detail was pretty poor. Grass needed cut when we arrived and it was taken care of pretty quickly. Neighboring cottages are eyesores, very rundown. The walk to the strip was not long. We left a day early due to being uncomfortable in this cottage. That being said the owner did reply right away and said they will take care of things and offered a one night refund. We saw many many nicer small cottages in the area. Partly my fault because I never booked with Vrbo before. But the description and reviews were pretty deceiving

Great weekend getaway!

Easy to find, great check-in process, very clean, very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed (really enjoyed the fire pit on a chilly night). It was nice having this location available when so many other rentals are closed for the season. There's still a lot of fun things to do in Geneva-On-The-Lake after Labor Day! We had a wonderful weekend. The pet-friendly option was very nice too. Our pups loved the long walks around the neighborhood and by the Lake. We'll be back!

Wonderful place

Whenever I had a question, the property owner always got back to me. It was such a nice place to stay in. The decor was wonderful if you ever think of going to stay at Geneva, this is one place. I would highly highly recommend.
