Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

**This is a dual occupancy home and there is a unit available for vacationing guests above this unit. Entrances and spaces are private, there is no shared space.**

• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

The house was in a great location for 1600 for four days was a bit too much because the grass needed to be cut and the place had a musty smell too it and the beds were like sleeping on concrete

The place had a great location the house was very nice but had a moldy musty smell to it the grass was too high paying 1600 for four nights is way too much if they can’t cut the grass and get rid of the smell

We stayed at this house for a girls week of fun. Well, it rained the whole 2 days we were here, and nothing was opened on the strip. ( we were here pre-season which was ok with us) We really liked this cozy little house and its proximity to the lake.We will stay here again. The only thing this house needed was a new coffee maker.

Quiet, peaceful stay

We had a great time staying at this little house in Geneva on the Lake. It is a little far from the strip. We did walk 1 time, but it took about a half hour. We just drove the rest of the trip. It was really nice in the evenings because it was much quieter than places right off the strip. The deck was nice and had a beautiful view of the sunset.

Good visit to Geneva On The Lake

The two bedroom home was perfect for my sister and I. The layout of the house is sensible and convenient. Nice big deck on the the front with comfortable chairs and table. We could see Lake Erie which is about 4 houses down from the front of the house. Clean, comfortable beds, and good communication with the owners/property managers. This was a good place to stay as we explored the surrounding area.

All in all it was a very nice stay. A few things needed to be updated or fixed. Such as the toilet. View was beautiful! Did not realize people could rent upstairs. Was not in description but looked back and saw it was under frequently asked questions. We did have a pleasant time.

Relaxation by the water

Overall our stay was great. Beatiful view of the lake of the front porch. Walking distance to a place to eat, have fun and a convenient store. The fire ring and charcoal grill were both very nice touches. The bed in the front room was nice. The window to see the lake through needs cleaned as well as the furniture from dog hair. The banister on the front porch needs repaired, but there is 2 stairways off the porch so you cab avoid it until its fixed. They have fixed the boards on the deck that were complained about earlier in the year. Over all a cute cottage that needs some minor tlc

Nice location, away from the busy strip but not too far from area attractions. Looks like it was recently renovated. Had a good time.

Attending a Wedding

We stayed two nights while attending a wedding. The location worked great for GOTL, with a view of Lake Erie from the living room. The house was clean and neat inside, though musty. The exterior decks were dangerous with a hole through the floor in one and a bottom step missing from the other.

Perfect place to stay!!!

This was an amazing find!!! So pretty and in a perfect location to the strip!!! I highly recommend this cottage!! Super clean and all appliances are newly updated!!

Run down cottage.

First walk in we were overwhelmed with the smell of mold/mildew. The dishes were of very poor quality, pots and pans were warped and severely scratched, the small pan had something badly burnt it it and the lids had mold growing around the edge lip. The silverware tray was disgusting. Multiple outlets were not working. There was not 1 piece of comfortable furniture in the place including the very cheap beds. The TV's were supposed to have Hulu installed and ready to use but it wasn't even installed on the 2 bedroom TV's and didn't work on the main TV. The Internet provided for all our streaming needs buffered constantly. The door didn't seal which made for a good draft in the cool windy weather.People tried just walking into the place, not even knocking just tried walking in. I guess I was expecting a little more than a cheaply furnished smelly cottage near the lake.

A Super Holiday Stay

We spend the week before Christmas with our daughter and her children. It is nice to have a beautiful home to come back to instead of a hotel room. The furnishings are comfortable. Big TV in each room. We hooked our computer up or used the smart features. I didn't miss cable at all. The place was very clean and had just about everything you might need to make yourself right at home. Just add food. We got snow and there was a shovel ready for us to use. This listing is not handicapped accessible. That and having to strip the beds were my only negatives. I thought the cleaning fee should cover that.

Quiet, Clean and comfortable

We stayed through the Thanksgiving Holiday even though we were in and out a lot we couldn’t help but invite a few people over to hang out and show them how nice the place was! I loved the bar in the kitchen it was just right for eating breakfast and the living room was a nice size with enough room for everyone plus a few guests. It had everything we needed.
