Enjoy an invigorating getaway in the middle of nature by staying in this flat located on a hillside! This property will be the ideal place for your mountain stay in the heart of the Vosges mountains. With its balcony giving a view of the town and the valley, you will have the impression of being in perpetual immersion.

This charming 41 m² flat can accommodate up to 5 travellers and is composed as follows: living room with sofa and dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, and a west-facing balcony. Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Accommodation:
Located on the first floor with independent access, the flat is as follows:

- Living room with sofa, TV, DVD player, dining area for 6 guests.
- Fully equipped kitchenette: oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC
- Upstairs on the mezzanine under the roof: 2 single beds, and a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).

Outside :
- A 5 m² balcony facing west, from which you can admire the view of the hill and the valley. The balcony is furnished with garden furniture, and a parasol in summer.

The area :
The flat is located in the condominium "Hameau des Chaumes", situated in a quiet area, on the hillside, which will allow you to benefit from a view of the town and the valley. The building in which the flat is located is at the end of the dead-end street, so you can park easily. You will be 5 minutes walk from the town centre and supermarket, and 15 minutes walk from the leisure centre (swimming pool, bowling).

Activities :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has obtained the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. The Vosges offer a multitude of activities and leisure activities in summer and winter:

In summer :
- More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Lac des Corbeaux, Lispach, fishing for pike, carp, perch and trout...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter : 
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes drive from the flat), the largest area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoeing circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, sledging slopes, ice rink.

Transport :
- TGV Est at Remiremont 22 km away, then bus service.
- During the school holidays, free shuttle bus between the village and the ski slopes.
