Cocoonr is offering this charming 34 m² flat for rent in the town of La Bresse, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 5 guests (ideally 2 adults and 3 children; the bunk beds are not suitable for adults). Situated on the 8th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a separate sleeping area, a shower room and a balcony. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 23 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area.
- A fitted open-plan kitchen including: a dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A separate sleeping area with a sliding door, featuring a bunk bed sleeping three. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults but are fine for children.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Additional facilities: raclette set, fondue set, clothes horse, hairdryer…

Outdoors:
- A balcony of approximately 8 m² facing south-south-east, perfect for enjoying sunny days.

The flat is ideally situated in La Bresse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
La Bresse, situated in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for both summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the “Famille Plus Montagne” label. The Vosges offer a wide range of activities and leisure pursuits in both summer and winter:

In summer:
- Over 250 km of marked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails, walks through the woods and numerous lakes, including Lispach, where you can fish for pike, carp, perch and trout…
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial biking…
- Visits: sweet shop, clog-making workshop, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter:
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (a 5-minute walk from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small, family-friendly resorts: Lispach (6 slopes) and Brabant (3 slopes).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic Centre: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, an international biathlon stadium, a floodlit trail, toboggan runs and an ice rink.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park, which has several unnumbered spaces.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- A winter shuttle bus to the ski slopes.
- Nearest railway station: Remiremont station, a 40-minute drive away.
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine Airport, a 2 hour 4 minute drive away.

Other notes:
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the concierge service’s availability. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- There is a locked cupboard in the ski room.
- The bunk beds are not suitable for adults but are suitable for children.
