Situado en el centro Treehouse Estudio Apt

A poca distancia de la Universidad de Texas campus, St. El Hospital de David y una amplia variedad de restaurantes, nuestro estudio está situado en un edificio independiente detrás de nuestra casa. Nuestro barrio pintoresco se encuentra en una parte antigua de la ciudad, y es muy tranquilo por su céntrica ubicación. Un paseo largo o un corto viaje en taxi te lleva a el Capitolio del Estado, el centro de Austin, el Centro de Convenciones, la caminata y bicicleta de pista, Barton Springs y muchos locales de música.

El estudio fue diseñado por un prominente arquitecto local, y tiene sentir un proceso abierto, amplio y con abundante luz natural. El salón está amueblado con un cómodo sofá y sofá de dos plazas, y la cama, hecho por un artista local, es espectacularmente cómodo y equipado con ropa de cama agradable. No es un loft se accede por una escalera desde la sala principal en la que los niños más pequeños o adolescentes pueden dormir. La cocina tiene una estufa / horno, una pequeña nevera, a / triturador de basura lavabo y una cafetera. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD que se puede ver desde el salón o el dormitorio. También hay puertas francesas que se abren a un pequeño balcón / terraza con relajantes muebles de patio. Un libro guía proporciona información sobre restaurantes y actividades locales.

Enjoyed the treehouse studio

My son graduated from UT and this property was the perfect choice. Plenty of room to visit and make a meal as well as within walking distance of graduation ceremonies. Perfect in all categories.

Convenient to campus

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were there four nights. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower has great pressure and the amenities are useful.

Excellent home from home in Austin

Parents really enjoyed this stay, everything was as needed and very clean and welcoming. Also appreciate the attempts at being more environmentally friendly. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating!

Loved it!

This clean, modern, well kept studio had everything we needed to make a two week stay comfortable. High ceilings, large windows, and skylights give it a nice, open feeling. It is located in a fun and safe "old Austin" neighborhood with many restaurants within walking distance. UT is less than a 5 minute drive away. Kim and Lanny are great hosts - always available and friendly. Highly recommend this space. Would definitely stay again!

Charming Studio

This East Austin studio is lovely. I've stayed here twice now--it's perfect for my needs. A 30 minute walk to the Ransom Center, very close to a number of great restaurants, and bus stop right around the corner. The studio is well- appointed and entirely comfortable. I feel very much at home here! Communication with the host, Kim, is excellent. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cozy, comfy studio

Comfy queen size bed in its own nook, full size fridge in the kitchenette, lovely breakfast area on the porch, all 1 flight upstairs, with a view of the yard, main house, and the street down the tree-lined driveway. A/C with its own thermostat. Kind, responsive hosts, happy to be of help. About a mile from downtown Austin (lots to see, do and great music to hear and dance to), but quiet and tranquil. Would stay again.

Very conveniently located cool little place

I was impressed by this little condo! There is a well-compiled welcome notebook with a list of instructions for the studio, as well as menus for restaurants in the area. The cupboards are full of "real" dishes, and the silverware drawer had durable eating utensils. There are nice towels in the bathroom, as well as a blow dryer. They allowed us to use their laundry facilities, and we were grateful for it. We were also grateful for the use of their hot tub. I was able to speak with Lanny a few times, and meet Kim once. They were away on a family trip during part of my stay there, so I felt a little worried if something major were to happen. That's just me, though. It would have been a better experience if the light over the balcony had worked, not only because I like to stay up and read, but because the mosquitoes like to snack on my husband. Also, be prepared to carry your luggage up a couple of short flights of stairs. The bed was on the decidedly firm side. The thermostat is sensitive, but if you have problems cooling down, run the ceiling fan over the bed since there is an open loft overhead. All in all, the positives outweighed the negatives, and it was fine for two people. It's conceivably big enough for three, but if you have any strength of personality among the three, someone needs to book a hotel.

Comfy treehouse, helpful hosts

Great place, clean, comfy and well-appointed, located in a nice little neighborhood with restaurants nearby, walkable to UT. We took the bus almost everywhere (a great deal) -- there are several stops within a few blocks of the house. Host Kim was the perfect blend of helpful and friendly without being overbearing. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient

Great place in a great neighborhood. Close to everywhere we needed to go. It was comfortable and clean and Kim was a pleasure to deal with. Very attentive and responsive to any needs. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent!

It was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Kim was wonderful, and thought of everything -- all linens, dishes, everything we needed. And the location is very convenient, walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
