Welcome to your peaceful haven in North Austin! Located in burgeoning Tech Ridge, this private room/bathroom offers a comfortable and modern refuge for guests seeking convenience and proximity to all attractions. Only 15-20 minutes to the Domain, Q2 Stadium, downtown Austin, and the airport.
Whether you're a shopaholic, sports enthusiast, or simply seeking a relaxing getaway, our property is the perfect base for your Austin adventures.
This space features 1 bedroom and bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 2 guests. Wake up gently as gorgeous natural light streams in through the French doors. Step outside to your personal backyard space, where you can relax on the patio and soak up the Texas sun. It's the perfect spot to recharge or enjoy a spectacular view of the colorful “Violet Crown” Austin sunset.
This room includes:
- King size memory foam bed
- 4K TV with access to all streaming platforms (subscriptions required)
- Lightning-fast fiber internet (1gig), allowing you to work, stream, and stay in touch with ease
- Standing work station
- Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker
- Energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring a pleasant temperature year-round (ceiling fan in case you want an additional breeze)
- Endless hot water on demand courtesy of our tankless water heater
- Silky-smooth water for showers and household use via the water softener system (Texas hard water is no joke)
The private bed/bath, fenced in patio, and separate entrance are all yours - we have the rest of the house/backyard. Please note that we have 2 young children so you may hear occasional noise.
Street parking in front of the house is available, but we kindly ask you to keep the driveway clear as we will be doing school/daycare drop-offs by 7am.
I'm a work-from-home professional and will respond immediately when I am not on a call.
We value and respect your privacy and space, but should any need arise that would make your stay more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to reach out!

My family and I moved to Austin in 2022 after almost a decade in NYC. We went from a 650 sq ft 1-bedroom in Brooklyn to more space than we know what to do with in Texas! Though we miss the New York pizza, we're so thrilled to be in a vibrant and family-friendly city like Austin.
We're seasoned travelers and first time hosts, so our goal is to provide the same thoughtful accommodations we'd expect on any of our adventures. Hope to see you soon!
