The Village of South Walton is a charming community that sits just across 30A from a dedicated access point to the white sand of Sunset Beach. In this wonderful spot between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, you'll find an assortment of great shopping and dining establishments on the first floor of the building, as well as countless others in the immediate vicinity. Head a few blocks down 30A to check out the farmers market in Rosemary Beach, or ride your bikes to Alys Beach (half a mile west) and Camp Helen State Park (two miles east).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
