The stay was wonderful! Unit was perfect! Elevator was an issue the whole trip. Door would have delayed opening and got stuck as well. It required us to climb stairs for fear of another issue. Little dogs staying in the complex used the bathroom on the floor of elevator every time they got on and was unsanitary and smelled. Perhaps no dogs on elevator

Renting this condo was very easy and checking in and out was a simple process. The property needs some work .The drapes in the master bedroom were hanging off the hooks making it difficult to close the drapes. The cooking pans need to be replaced .

Two weeks of tranquility in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The gulf views from this wonderful 3rd floor condo were incredible. One of the unique features of this condo is that the Master BR and one of the other bedrooms had king-sized beds and the 3rd bedroom had full-sized bunk beds. The location is perfect in that it doesn't have the crowded beaches like many complexes along 30a, but is conveniently near a Publix store and many restaurants and shops. Our daughter arranged for a Hibachi chef to come one evening for a wonderful dinner and entertainment by the poo. So fun for adults and grandchildren!

It was our first time visiting, and it exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail in the well-appointed kitchen, the comfort of the beds, and the spacious layout for the six of us made our vacation truly enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and the breathtaking views from the deck were simply unbeatable. The addition of an elevator helps, though you do need to be able to climb down the stairs to access the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and can't wait to return for another stay. Thank you for providing such a wonderful getaway destination!

A Bit Disappointing

Reviewer Comments: Pros:+Beautiful oceanfront views+Condo unit was clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and spacious+Beach wasn't overly crowdedCons:-On-site pool needed some attention. I had to clean it myself each day because there were so many bugs in it. -The front bedroom remained 5 degrees cooler than the rest of the unit. -Operating the stove top wasn't intuitive and it stopped working altogether one evening during our stay.-Tons of stairs down to the beach made taking our beach wagon challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again in the future.

Great 3Br Condo

Everything was very clean and in great shape, we thought there was plenty of room for them to play in the condo, but chose this property for beach proximity and onsite pool. There are significant stairs (3-4 floors) down to the beach, but that was not an issue for us. After the beach we spent lots of time in the pool that had shallow and deep ends. Location - it's a 1 mile walk down to Aly's Beach and less than 2 down to Rosemary. We took advantage of the property's convenient location both east and west on 30A, nothing is more than a 15 min drive.We noticed the property didn't have oven mitts and Benchmark quickly remedied the problem through easy texting.We were very happy and would love to stay here again!Brent

Adjust your expectations

The location was awesome - private beach with one row of chairs. However, the condo and the situation did not meet my expectations. Based on the photos, I expected that it was all updated. The second bedroom and bathroom had a confusing layout. The bedroom needs some blackout curtains. The bathroom was dark and in need of some repair. The washer and dryer were in the second bathroom. The balcony needs new chairs and cushions. The side chairs were falling apart and the cushions on the dining chairs were torn and stained. While we were there the roof was being replaced. Although I asked about any construction, I didn’t receive an answer before booking. The parking spaces were not exclusive which was not communicated to us. We were locked in and out of the gate during the stay. Management was slow to answer our questions. I would not stay at this condo again.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find the roof on the condos being replaced with no advance notice, our “reserved” parking spot full of construction materials, and very little concern from Benchmark. The day before we left, the ceiling above our bed started leaking-reported it immediately. After 21/2 hours Benchmark sent someone with a bag of towels-no offer to clean up the mess!This is our second bad experience with Benchmark-we stayed at Sago Sands previously, and there was a huge crane outside our BR window, and construction noise starting at 7:30 and lasting all day the entire 2 weeks of our stay. Both times Benchmark said that we “should have been notified” prior to our stay. After requesting compensation for all the noise and inconvenience, the response was “we’ll give you 10% off a future stay”There is no way we will ever rent from Benchmark again-they are unprofessional, disorganized, and obviously don’t care about their rental customers. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. I think the owners should find new management.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful, cleaned well and appointed nicely with furniture. We were very disappointed that the patio door onto the deck did not open our entire stay so people had to disturb the main bedroom guest to get onto the deck each morning. It was broken, and didn't get looked at until 42 hours after we reported it. Then they needed to have a door company come and look at it "in the future". This condo should not be rented out until that is fixed. I was upset that it was not caught on the "inspection" of our room before we could enter or by the cleaning company. The rest of the facilities are old and not well kept. The pool bathroom was unclean, the soap dispenser was empty and had fallen on the ground. The gate code to the trash did not work, so you had to walk the trash all the way around the facility. There was trash left in the stairwell for most of the stay so we had to walk by that daily. Benchmark is very busy with rentals and unfortunately they are unable to address needs during a rental stay.

Pllace was great, Benchmark management was awful

Reviewer Comments: The place we stayed was great, however we had a dryer element that was out ( I called Benchmark on the second day around 9am and spoke with a lady named Staci..) she put in a request for a repair order, I asked her for an ETA , her response “ sir I cannot give you an ETA you just called “ I asked her if she knew if it would be that day or the next and she said “ I just told you I don’t have an ETA “ I told her I don’t know why you are being so rude. I explained to her that I payed alot of money to stay there and she didn’t have to be so rude ..her response was “ everyone who stays there pays money “ I then asked to speak with her manager and she said she couldn’t transfer me. She said they would have to call me back. We got off the phone and I called back and told her to cancel the order, that after her being so rude I’d rather no one from Benchmark be in my condo...then Staci ( same girl ) hung up on me. So we spent the entire week without a working dryer. A manager did call me back and try and make it right but the damage was already done.

Condo was clean and fairly stocked. I’d recommend hair dryer available for guests. Neighbor upstairs was loud with hard heeled shoes at 745 one morning but otherwise was quiet. Would definitely return. Benchmark was excellent in communication.

Actually has a pantry to store your groceries, something most rentals don't have. We were only able to enjoy it 3 days of the 7 due to the death of my father occurring while there but definitely would reserve again.

Peaceful trip!

Loved the beach.Suggestions: Needs a new fridge and new outdoor furniture. Stained and old. The building is in dire need of a paint job and cleaning. Filthy elevator, parking lots and entry area of building. With all the fees etc.... it came to $800.00 a night, one would expect all new and clean facilities for that price. The neighborhood across the street had the gate code and entered all day long. It needs to be changed weekly.

Getaway at Seacrest Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time there at Seacrest was enjoyable and relaxing! The unit was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The beach it self is not very crowded. Restaurants and shopping are close enough to walk or ride your bikes to! The management at Benchmark was friendly and helpful during booking process through our stay. However, we had an extremely unpleasant experience with Vacayzen (Rent Gear Here), the company that we had a vacation “credit” with which was issued by Benchmark. We were able to use credit towards beach chair/umbrella service, BUT don’t assume that your chairs will be set up 1/2 mile away from the condo. They fail to explain that this chair service is set up is only at a “gulf access” location, even though we saw “Vacayzen” on some chairs in front of our unit. After many phone calls, which they never answer, and emails, I was able to cancel my reservation for chairs/umbrellas. I recommend using Jakes Beach service that services condos right at the beach in front of Tranquility. He was awesome! Friendly and MUCH less expensive than Vacayzen. He even mentioned that other people had negative issues with that company. Perhaps Benchmark needs to look into this contract with them.

Works perfectly for multiple families as each room is separate with a private hall and bath that closes behind doors. The elevator makes transport easy. Even the grandparents enjoyed the pool. Beautiful fresh decor with everything you need.

Great place, great views!

Enjoyed our stay at Tranquility 340! The condo was great and the views were even better! Having the beach access was convenient and made beach days easy! Can’t wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not that great. We paid to have a gated condo and the gate was open the whole time and other people from across the street down the road coming through and bringing masses of people to sit front of Tranquility 340. People that didn't stay throwing footballs over your head. Along with baseballs Which did not pay to stay was crazy. In the pool every day. One owner was like please I live here and paid money for it all fixed. Telling them you can't be here. We have stayed there many times in all units. Crazy. No dvd. Lots of things did not work. Clean but but not great. It was our early anniversary trip. We really didn't that mess. Others either. Why give codes to get through the gate or down to the beach when there is no gate. Why. We have money to spend.
