Our Property is perfect for your weekend trip, family reunion, wedding, or just some fun in the sun! Plop a tube right in the river from the backyard, or go swimming and fishing. Or go listen to some homegrown Americana or Contemporary Music at Gruene Hall, oldest Dance hall in Texas! You can also bring your four legged furry friends with you. New Year’s Eve

We stayed in the Americana condo it was really cool. Decorated with lots of music memorabilia, very clean, nice size, great accommodations, and excellent location. Very close to bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back!!!

Great for family vacation

Great property with 2 pools and river access. Patio was perfect to sit and drink coffee or just relax in the evening. Property is clean and well maintained. Like that the security checked wrist bands and parking passes. Condo had everything we needed! We will book here again for sure!

Float trip with the McDonald’s

Enjoyed the trip and the condo was nice and worked out well. Was expecting the river to be visible from condo and would have been nice to have more patio furniture for coffee in the morning. Enjoyed the trip.

Great place

Great location. Very comfortable unit. Grounds are well kept and with river access. We were there Thursday thru Sunday mid July. Our balcony was shared with neighbors. This created a wind tunnel effect between buildings. Because of this although it was 108 degrees we were still able to sit outside most of the day with a great breeze. Close to food,stores, and Schlitterbahn. We used Texas Tubes and were pleased with them for our river float. Would stay here again.

Great condo!!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It’s our second time to stay on the property and this condo was better than the last one we rented. The booking and the check in process was so easy, we had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, a Keurig with coffee and creamer, popcorn, and a couple of granola bars were greatly appreciated. We always think it’s so nice when the host leaves a little something for us in case we haven’t had time to stop for snacks or coffee. The bedrooms were very comfortable . There is a bathtub in the master bath for the little ones which I appreciated. The other unit only had stand up showers. The TV in the living room worked great, I am learning how to navigate through the Netflix and all of the streaming services but the grandkids nailed it. We were close to the pool and had a beautiful view of the back of the property. Personally, I don’t care for shared balconies, but coming in March we were not out on the balcony very much anyway. And this is not specific to this condo. All of these condos have shared balconies that I could see. Parking was good. It’s not right at the front door of the unit. It’s a little bit away but not too far. It’s unusual that parking spaces are divided by another unit space so I had to take a double look so that we were parking in the right spaces. These are all minor, though it was really a great stay, and I would return without question!

Great Location

This was a great location, on the river and just down the street from Schlitterbahn. Liked the fact that it was dog friendly, my lab loved the river. Condo was clean and tidy when we arrived, they even had full size shampoo/conditioner in the showers. Only complaint is the AC was locked and wouldn't go below 69 and the master bedroom gets hotter than the rest of the condo. Luckily we brought our box fan (shift worker problems) and it was tolerable. But wish we could have lowered the AC at night for the bedroom.

Best place to be in New Braunfuels river in the back yard and also a pool . Water park 2 blocks down the street close to everything!!! It was perfect clean cozy! Great view as well.

My son’s 7th Birthday

We had a great time. The apt was fully stocked. The amenities were awesome. The water pressure was great for showers. The lighting was cool in all the rooms. The TVs were easy and convenient to use. My only teeny tiny complaint is the ceiling fan made a weird noise on a certain setting in the master bedroom, but it wasn’t an issue AT ALL just something random we noticed. Everything was very clean. The washer and dryer were awesome for wet clothes. The patio was huge and great for storing our tubes as well. The ice maker in the freezer was super helpful. I’ve stayed at the waterwheel condos before and the location is probably the best place to be in New Braunfels. You’re literally by everything. Stores, river, restaurants, and schlitterbahn. The owner was super nice and informative too. A super great stay, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We both grew up in San Antonio and spent much of our childhood and adult lives exploring the cool, clear waters of the two rivers that the beautiful City of New Braunfels has to offer.
