The Aqua Haven was perfect. Easy walk to the beach. Great restaurants close by as well as groceries and basic needs. The size was perfect for our needs as well. Host was helpful and friendly. Would stay there again in the future.

Excellent!

Our first visit to Holden Beach was excellent thanks to this Vrbo! A public beach access point was a very short walk from the front door. Plus, it is super quiet thanks to having a green space behind the backyard. A downstairs shower for cleaning up after the beach was a great help in keeping sand outdoors, too. A great, quiet, family-centered visit!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Aqua Haven in Holden Beach. The condo was cute, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent!

Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed two nights at Aqua Haven. The space is clean and conveniently located. We walked to the beach and around the quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing. Thank you!

Really enjoyed my stay at Aqua Haven! It was a great little getaway.... the condo had everything you might need and was very clean. The hosts were excellent communicators and I had no problems at all during my stay! Looking forward to staying again in the fall!

Wonderful weekend

The home was very clean and exactly as stated in the description. We loved the very short, easy walk to the beach. Every evening we enjoyed watching a herd of deer off the back porch! We will definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful Location and Comfortable Stay

My family and I usually stay in a beach house so I was a bit nervous about possible noise in a duplex/townhome as I have a 5 year old son - but it was very quiet and private. The property was clean, they had a lot of things for us including 2 bottles of water in the fridge for our arrival. This was a first and very thoughtful. Everything as advertised was true and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had one hiccup near the end of the trip - the AC stopped working. I messaged the host late at night and they immediately responded and offered to get someone out there that night if we wanted to be up later - or we could have it fixed in the morning. I was impressed by how quickly they got it resolved for us and we decided to have a tech come out in the morning. It was handled immediately and my family and I were very appreciative. Check-out was the easiest process I have ever had - starting the dishwasher. We loved this house and would stay again without a doubt.

Cold Week At The Beach

Overall, things were okay. Due to the weather, we spent more time inside the house. A few things were a bit annoying---light out over kitchen sink, light out over the stove, one light bulb out over bathroom sink, blind missing at window by kitchen sink, water leak under the kitchen sink. The kitchen was cute, but not as well appointed as I'd hoped---given that we usually do lots of cooking at the house on vacations. Example is I made brownies and there was no dish appropriate to bake them. I had to be VERY creative. Also, the outside furniture and property in general needs some TLC. Paint is chipping and the deck furniture is not well maintained. The bed was comfortable, wifi good and water pressure was appropriate. The location was one street from beach--quiet with easy access. The host communicated in a timely manner regarding questions and issues. It was a bit more costly than other properties I have rented prior in the same category.

Excellent Beach House and Excellent Beach Town

The beach house was wonderful, with all of the amenities you should expect from a vacation rental, including all of the beach apparatus that we painstakingly pack each year such as a cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. Holden Beach is a beautiful, quiet community with plenty of beach space, excellent restaurants, and all of the conveniences that make for an enjoyable vacation. Megan was a great host, and we would highly recommend both the property and Holden Beach itself.

We immediately booked again!!!!

I think the highest compliment is it is checkout day and I immediately booked again for April!!! Everything is thought out and thoughtful about this place. It is a duplex but dont let that stop you: there was someone next door during our stay with a dog, we only know that because we saw them outside getting in car, never heard a peep!!! The outside porches all had gates on them; my kids felt so safe and comfortable. The amenities were perfect. Provided linens is so convenient and not but really 1 check out instruction, so easy! I didnt expect to need to do a load of my own laundry but then needed to and everything was provided and convenient. Beach walk was so easy and safe, even with 6 and 7 year old in tow. The area is full of pleasant people walking and riding bikes, waving. Plenty of driveway parking. The owner was highly responsive! We even lessened decision fatigue for ice cream with gift card, so sweet! Frig has ice maker. Thermostat is very new and electronic. Plenty of outdoor seating. Wifi great, 3 tvs great. Fans in every room.
